Hello. I've been away from P.E. for a long time and i'm going to be starting up again. In the past, I used no "tools", but this time i'm going to purchase a lengthmaster and Size genetics. I do recall that gains can be accelerated by maintaining a slightly stretched state after "workouts", so i'm assuming that using the SG after length work would be ideal? I am not interested in girth work at all. Strictly length. I cannot wear the SG at work, so i'll be limited to length work after I get home from work followed by wearing the SG until I go to sleep. I'm not sure if wearing the SG while sleeping is recommended, but it spooks me out so i'll prob not do that.
I know this is a very general plan, but any suggestions or comments are much appreciated.
