Hey guys, so lately i've been putting in max effort, my girth routine is on point, consistently getting 1/2'' in girth expansion every session.
The thing is, i cant seem to cement it and i dont know why?
I'm giving my self plenty of rest, i exercises mon/wed/fri, so there plenty of rest time, and my routine is definitely beast!
My expansion stays for a couple days to, but for some reason after 3-4 days im right back where i started.
How the hell can i get this to cement?????
I'm putting alot of effort for what feels like nothing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. im not a noob, and i've already made a half an inch gain back in my early days, i just dont know whats going on!

Too much expansion and too much rest days. If u want real growth I think u need frequent expansion and little to no fluid build up. It's a real balancing act and the hard part I think is our egos constantly want to pump to the max, but we want real growth not FR
 
King can you have great real expansion with a little bit of doughnut? How can one tell if there's excessive fluid? I heard that too much fluid will make your shaft all squishy. I've been getting some doughnut, but the shaft is rock hard swollen; I'm Gucci or no?

Try to get expansion with no doughnut. If you are pumping before sex and you really want to destroy a chick I say go for broke, but for PE purposes FR is not helping much
 
Ya, that's what i was kinda pondering on, thanks brother!
It's just in bodybuilding you need rest right, but DLD always said when he trained in PE, he always went 7 days a week no rest.
One thing i remember about when i first gained and cemented girth was that, i would always workout extremly intense, like 3/4-1'' expansion everytime with a little fluid build up (it's inevitabe with that much expansion)
And i would workout every day until, well... basically my dick was so sore and over worked, there was just no way i could train, or even get an erection.
And then i would rest for like 3-4 days then go back at it for like a 5-6 days.
And this is what cemented y actual girth gains.
The reason i switched it up was because someone over at pegym, told me he gained by having massive rest periods, like only training 1-2 days a week, but intensly.
Either way, im going back to my old stuff.
I think ill train incredibly intense like mon/wed/fri but ill also train the rest of the days moderate to keep the expansion!

As acro said you take too many days off :) Be consistent with your girth work and you will cement it eventually...there is no magic cementing exercises..it's just consistency..
 
Ya i already said that doing girth more regularly is probably the missing link.
So im just going to up the days.
 
You mention that you worked your dick into a ED state which can't be good for gains bro. Try to balance a expanded state while maintaining eq.
 
When I was trying to cement girth years ago what I would do is work in like 10 mini girth sessions during the day, maybe 5 minutes each, get excellent expansion and put on the cock ring. As soon as expansion started to wain I would hit another 5 minute session and repeat. These frequent sessions kept me expansed all day which worked to cement my girth so much faster. It is also a very good practice to work in some Bundled stretches before girth work to stretch the Tunica, this will allow the penis to take in much more blood and much better expansion.

Bundles will help cement too, the changes in Tunica elasticity and size are permanent vs. the changes in blood flow and EQ.

Indeed. The Tunica is so dense that once it becomes stretched it will never, ever go back to its old size. I think we are going to see some major advancements in gains in the Brotherhood. I think the newest additions to the SRT thread with the newest study on gaining we will see men, as they become educated, gain like crazy. I think the Tunica piece was a very important discovery.
 
This is an awesome thread. It really is much easier to get a temporary girth swell than a real cemented gain. I need to start warming up with bundled work.

I agree with DLD that mini-girth sets are a good method. I like to do quick clamping sets. And I think the longer you can go without cumming after girth work, the better.
