I hope you got to read through it, and everyone else, I think it not only sheds light on why we do what we do but how order can play a massive role in gaining. It is the perfect partner to SRT as it embodies the particulars behind SRT. It is now a post narrative to the SRT Routine.
 
That's a great text DLD, very informative, I really like the fundamentals you put down for length. :)
And the girth section is really good as well, i just think there should be video's for each of the exercises written in the text, preferably with a link, so that every new generation of MOS brothers can have a perfect understanding of each individual exercise.
Plus that would probably bring MOS to some next level shit.

Yes sir, I will have the links up by tomorrow. So happy you got something out of the study, it was long overdue.
 
MOS is really bringing a new dynamic to making gains, with the SRT theory, and documented success of thousands of guys.
Those Public video's are really going to heard a new wave of guys in here, because there's so much research, and MOS isn't afraid to go where (not naming any) other PE forums aren't willing to go.
We have the BM, SIZEGENETICS,CLAMPING forums... and so many different variations of exercises, and there no limit of intensity, thats one thing that grinds my gears lol
every other forum i've ever been on, as soon as i mention multiple sets , or clamped squeezes or anything, i get ''that's to much'' response.

I am excited to. The restructured site is going to make comprehension so much better. We will also be the only completely free PE site, this is something I have wanted for a long time so all men can learn equally no matter how much money they have.

so what is your routine like? jekyllnhyde?
 
My routine is pretty intense, i do Jurassic crushers monday and friday, and on Wednesday i usually do clamped squeezes in a specific order.
im not sure yet, but think my girth expansion is starting to cement it self.
i started at 5'' on the dot, but since i began this routine i havent gone below 5 1/4 even after 3days no pe what so ever, and actually, i havent done pe in bout 2 1/2 days and im still at 5 1/2'', so i think things are coming along, but who knows.

its basically a clamped routine that i thought a while back, using some of REDZ ideas in regards to the frendos and ATS ideas in regards to the ROLLERS.
my variation of the frendos ,actually has some of your toilet bowl compression functions as well.

by the time im finished i usually have 3/4-1'' of expansion and go from 1 1\2'' wide to 2.1-2" wide.
like i said, i keep the expansion for days , but its a very intense routine, more intense the anything else on here, which is why i haven't posted about it before.
i do this mon and fridays, on wed i usually just do a clamped squeeze routine i created which is also intense.
ive only been back at it for six weeks so thing are coming along quite well i would say, i hope, but i feel pretty good about it.

Great Jekyll I also tried the frendos which are really intense. Never was consistent, but i'm exited to hear they really do affect width. As of now I'm concentrating on bends, and will be trying to master still's wall press in the future.

It's not the frendos, its got the same principals, but done completely different, no big clamps or ceramic pieces.
and as for your routine, ya bends are great, i still use them on my squeeze day.
ive do the wall presses also, there just a more intense SSJ, i like them, but in all honesty, ssj have never really done it for me, i prefer iso comp squeezes over them.
 
I'd ask you to elaborate on your advanced routine, but if only two days of clamped bends wooped my ass I know Jurassic park would bite my chode clean off. I tried to do one wall press just out of curiosity, but I can't say I had much success. When I get froggy ill practice them more.

ya, bends are still to intense, you probably wont be able to handle these, but when you feel ready just let me know.
