so i have been doing PE for about 3 years on and off. mostly pumping for larger girth before sex. back when i first started pumping with vacutech i gained about .4-.5 in girth. i went from 4.5 to 5in. since then i have not really consistently did much manual work. which i think is why i have not gained girth since.

im currently about BPEL 7in 4.9-5in mid girth.

my penis has become an obsession and its effecting my self esteem. i feel as if its thin.

i started doing a solid jelqing routine 3-5s jelqs pushing the blood well.

questions i have

1) what is the best angle to jelq for the best girth expansion. Up, straight, or down?
2) should i always enter a pump hard and stay hard through ���� - otherwise i feel i get softer as time in tube goes on.
3) how many jelqs a day?

Bathmate and SSJ - my opinion how is it possible to gain hot and sweaty in a bathtub by just pushing blood around. unlike jelqing you kegel new blood and stretch the tissue. im confused how SSJ can be effective.

im not to worried about length because my girl says its so long. but i feel its due to my average girth.

please help.

1. i could be wrong but i dont think jelq directions matters much ( i could be wrong how ever) your still still your dick with blood i however always mixed up the directed of my jelqs i always felt liek it would never hurt

2. If you can watch ���� to stay hard and you dont have any adverse effects due to the ���� yes then use it . I used ���� before but now i rarely use it. I felt i become to dependent on ���� for erections . Now that i rarely use it i can get rock hard without it

3. i train everyday

the ssj work because your getting a constant expansion. Your not getting new blood in there but if you are doing the ssj correctly and your mushing around the blood thats in there you are getting alot of expansion
 
I'd suggest looking into the Bathmate products, (the density of water can impart greater forces more evenly than air), and once you're used to the stock BM, add the Vacuvin mod (game changer, imo). And once you've become used to the modded BM, ramp-up your intensity AND do all your sessions with the highest EQ as possible.
 
I had the same issue a few years ago, girth was very hard to gain for me. Like the others said the bathmate will help kickstart your girth gains. What really helped me were DLD bends- you clamp your base with one hand and grip just below the head. Then you bend the head downward, you should see all your veins popping out like crazy, at that point you roll the bend up and down the shaft like a slinky by moving the upper hand back and forth. Do those for 15-20 minuets starting out and you will pe surprised how much expansion you get, really works the tunica.
I do variations of these as well once warmed up, basically turning the upper hand like a crank which is intense. Used in the 5x5x3 bathmate sets I think you will definitely gain girth with consistency. Took me from 5” to about 5.6”, and I’m still gaining.
 
Dude. You sound exactly like me. Read through the SRT and have faith in it. Follow it as close as you possibly can. I feel like people like you and I can't half ass girth on and off. In your new girth journey, you need to be "all in" and disciplined. Prepare to do a consistent routine and tell yourself it's OK to wait upwards of 6 months to see long term results. Again, read through SRT and give yourself up to it! Believe in it and it will give you a thicker penis.

And just so these replies don't sound confusing, all the different advice on top of me pretty much point in the same direction. The Bathmate and Bathmate mod are all part of SRT. The DLD width expansion can be incorporated into your 5x5x3 sets or at the end. Also if your open to the idea, check out REDS posts in the clamping forum. There is a learning curve with clamping and takes a while to get the right clamp, padding and routine but if it interests you then check it out.
 
Good advice across the board. SRT is the best of the best routines, guaranteed gains in a quicker time than any other method. And as Egg and Big have stated, you can add and take away to make things work perfectly for you. Draw up a routine and let us look it over and we can help twerk it. Use SRT to create your workout.
 
Like others have said, the BM will most likely be a good starting place for girth. It is one amazing piece of equipment. I don't know how much mine is helping but when you can see the change yourself, you know it is working

don't feel bad I have been stuck at 5 inches on girth, for 6 months, but I haven't been consistant, and also I haven't been going into my pump with the best eq I possibly could, but yeah the bathmate is a game changer.

bro you gained 1 1/4 inch girth in a year thats amazing. ive gained .5 which came quick back in 2013. since then ive been stuck.. its aggravating.

frustration hampers gains...if you're not seeing results from an honest/earnest effort, it's time to either change it up or increase the intensity. What worked in the past may no longer be effective as your body will become inured and resist change...this is where dedication/determination/discipline needs to be employed

yeah and most of what I gained was because of doing basic jelqing,

i like this. can you please elaborate on your routine. how many sets and how often?
also how long did it take you to gain that .6in girth?
ive tried these out and was amazed. thanks
