these bring alot of girth and width.
 
That's some massive expansion from your routine, well done. Would love to see more details about what you are doing so some of us who are working girth pretty hard too could consider adding what might work for us as well. Thanks man.

That's good man I'm learning to use only as much intensity needed to grow.

^Or if you want use pumping mainly for warm-up? You know it gives fake girth brahs, and it could just be leading to unnecessary darkening. I'm learning not to rely much on my Xtreme, and instead use 'real' techniques like bends.

not sure why you always advise against pumping. i know you prefer clamping, but both techniques can be used for girth gains, and honestly nothing kills my eq harder than a clamping session
 
You know acro I started getting less expansion in my extreme so I'm laying off of it a little. Do you think that if I use it less I'll get back the awesome expansion? I know you like to use it every hour; have you noticed any conditioning brah?

Everybody is different. I think ideally you would use pumping AND cock rings/clamping but your routine has to be sustainable. I can pump everyday vs I can only clamp every 2-3 days...
 
You will get more expansion again yes but more fr for sure also. I mean you want to train girth everyday so you have to find a balance
 
I get lots of fluid brahs! I guess the only way to go is more time w/ less vacuum right? What vacuum, and minutes do you use for best results brahs? I know you don't have a guage, but how much do you think. The maximum it yields without the handball is 12" .
 
If a guy is having trouble gaining girth and already pumping, my suggestion is usually to dedicate more time to actual work exercises vs less productive things. If I see a guy doing a routine and he's spending half his time doing warm ups, cool downs and low intensity stuff and says he's not gaining, same deal. He doesn't have to clamp. Guess you did not look at the link Acro. I don't "always" not suggest pumping. I just don't feel a guy who is serious about girth should make it a big focus in his routine.

Are you training the 3x3x5 routine? Or are you going for one long set of pumping?
