So for the last 5 months I’ve been so busy with everything I can’t dedicate hour on hour to PE.

My routine has been 5 min tunica stretch each way and than 15-20 min in the bath are.

During my one month off I was doing your bath mate sessions every day. I didn’t see a little little bit of a gain.
But now that I’m back to school and work I can only do 15-20 min.

But a few hours after my pump is gone I have gotten no gains, same skinny penis.

What can I do please help.

You are going to need more time to dedicate to your program. A month of training will bring little gain. You really need to carve out enough time to make real gains. Maybe get up 1/2 hour early, go to bed 1/2 hour latter. The SRT 5x5x3 is the best girth workout. If you are consistent with this for 3-6 months you will see great girth gains. It needs to be daily and you need to do it with confidence. If you continue to see a lack o gains try turning up your BathMate routine to 10 x 10 x 3, yip may need more than others.

Never been a slow squash jelq fan as it has never really helped me. The only thing that’s helped me ever was the batate. Maybe I’ll go 10x3 on the bathmate.

Gains are cemented with consistency. You have to get passed your goal with half inch to cement your goal. Make sure you are pumping at high pressure.

You cement gains through consistency. What I tell Brothers is to go 1/2" past your goal and you will settle into your desired size when stopping. But keep in mind you should do maintenance work after to keep penile health good. One session a week is plenty after goals are met.

Start clamping and wearing a cockring. Literally the easiest part of pe, at least for me.
 
Another thing you may want to refrain from saying is: "I can’t gain girth for the life of me." This statement in itself will mentally hinder gains.

Without the belief we are simply going through the motions. Some may gain with this attitude but not many. Thought is where it starts and when we proclaim "I can not" then most of the time you will not. Language matters, context matters, success matters.

Not to mention 25 minutes of pretty low intensity PE is not enough to gain for most.

Though it took five years, I gained over 1” in girth using an air pump with a vacuum gauge. I pumped 20 minutes in the morning at five hg in the morning and again at night before bed, 5 or 6 days a week. I also pumped once a week for 45 minutes at 4 hg. I was pumping for nine months before I started to see gains.

I also used an extender for five years and gained almost an inch in length while doing some manual jelqing and stretching.

It took you 5 years to gain because you weren't doing it correctly.

I only extended for 3 to 4 hours a day. I wasn’t trying to claim I had a problem with only gaining 1” with an extender, but was simply answering a question regarding if I had been doing other PE exercises in addition to pumping.
