LMAO, I have always said that I did not want to be huge, I just want to have to hold my dick when I sit on the toilet so it does not splash in the water, lol
 
i added 1 1/2 hours size genetics and some light bundled stretches to;
150 upward jelqs
several bends
2* 5 min bathmate x 2 SSJ
then finished off .5 thicker out of the bathmate
added the cable clamp for 30 mins mainly fully erect.

10 hours later still at 5.25-5.3 girth.

i think SG and bundles before really will help get more expansion to my workout.

my anxiety about my girth needs to come to an end by adding atleast .5 perm gain soon.

That is a good routine! My dick can't handle the FR from the pumping. I have a feeling that both you and I will get +0.5 girth at the same time. 🤗

If you want girth, focus on it exclusively. Hard core squeezes like horse squeezes and slow squash jelqs. Maybe look into clamping as well.

It looks like you are doing everything right WTG. I would think if you stay consistent with this routine you should start seeing permanent girth gains. How long have you been doing this routine

i did this routine just the other day and then took a day off back at it today. i think i was still around 5.2 the next day. i want to do this routine daily. its difficult because i live with my girl and shes nosy. she isnt a fan of PE she caught me pumping and she makes fun of it. i get about 4 days out of the week where i can successfully pump. clamping with the cable clamp i think will ramp things up

Thanks egg, I will have to try and find that story. Never would have thought it was possible to do that but I guess when you reach a certain size, it is not just possible but likely

You gotta find places in the day and night to get the work in. For me it took a lot of creativity in my beginnings as I trained at my job. I took advantage of every chance I could to get work in. I would get up an hour early and go to sleep and hour later. I did whatever it took to find 2-3 hours every day to train.

should i do this routine twice a day morning and evening?
i have a gf that a live with in an apartment so its tough to have privacy.
but twice a day or once a day is best?
 
oddly enough, I've found that I respond best with a super-intense workout 4-5 days per week and then no PE (just sex w/my GF) for 2 days...I just had a 4 day lay-off and had the best session today (so go figure)

I can see where it would be tough getting your session in if you live with your gf. It makes it even worse when she is not a fan of what you are doing. You said that she has caught you using your pump so do you think it would help by trying to talk with her about it and let her know why you are doing it. That can be a double edged sword but it would give you the opportunity to let her know why you do it and your thinking on the subject
 
I'd strongly suggest maintaining your privacy as much as possible with regard to PE...girls get kinda funny
 
This thread is fantastic. I hope everyone had a splendid thanksgiving! I can attest to the squeezes and SSJs mentioned by stillwantmore. I gained a little over an eighth of an inch in about 2 months from that before a minor setback injury. It works, but don’t overdo it and build it up. Egg, you are cracking me up btw man. Me and you think a lot alike. I cannot wait to reach your level (maybe a bit more girth :p ) and destroy some of these poor girls!

I think I have to agree with SWM. If you want girth, you must focus on it exclusively. As for length? Same principle applies. I have been working on both for years, and I can only say that, for me, one interferes with the other. If I do a heavy girth workout, for example, incorporating jelq, Clamping and, of course, the BM, I am pumped to the hilt for sure. But a lot of that is fluid retention. Especially being uncut! Where does the fluid accumulate? In the skin. And those of us who are uncut have...MORE SKIN! But I think this applies to everyone for the following reasons. In my length workout, I use various approaches. Sometimes manual stretches (straight, bundled, V-stretches, etc). Sometimes I use a hanger (SWM's device) and I always use either my X4 extender or, preferably or in combination with, my Phallosan Forte. However, because of the massive Fluid retention from girth workouts, I cannot add my length routine properly. With so much fluid buildup, hooking up the extender, or the PF is really difficult. Everything is "swollen" and causing pinching and, even if you get things hooked up ok, there is additional fluid retention and swelling. Also, I've been using the Phallosan for about a month now, and it's a great all/day, all/night stretcher. But for me, after a girth workout, I'm just too pumped to make things work properly. Fortunately, when I ordered the PF, I also ordered the XL bell. Because it is the only one I can use, and just barely. And using my extender is equally difficult because of so much excess skin, swelling, fluid retention etc. Just a fucking pain in the ass trying to connect to these fine devices where you are full of fluid, etc. As a result, after a good girth session, I don't do any length routine for at least 12 hours, and it takes much longer (a full day or 2) before the fluid retention subsides and using the extender and PF become easier to work with. So, this is what I'm thinking: Since I've recently spent a small fortune on my X4 extender, the Length Master and the Phallosan Forte, I'm going to go "exclusively" for length for a while. 4,5, 6 months or longer. If and when I achieve my length gain goals, I will switch to exclusively doing girth work. And I am not worried about cementing my length gains, because doing heavy, intense jelqs, clamping and BM stretching will surely insure my length gains remain, if not increase.

Now, I know there are some who will disagree and insist you can work both, but I don't think so. At least not for me. All additional girth work time, for me, detracts from length work. And the constant juggling with swelling, fluid retention etc is one big pain in the ass!!! So again, I think Stillwantmore2 is correct. If you want girth, work on it exclusively. And, I think, the same applies for length.

That was what I did, I was only showing you where I got the time from. Once per day is plenty, I was a psycho and would do 2-3 sessions a day as I wanted gains as fast as possible.

Probably one of the biggest gains made using the jelq alone. Most men usually with at around the .5" mark switching to something more intense.

Wow, I would have been a psycho on the BathMate. I would have gained 2" in girth in my first year! I struggled to make 1/2" gain manually. If I had the BathMate, LengthMaster, Phallosan and SG from the beginning I bet I would be so much bigger than I am today and I would have done it in a fraction of the time. By the time the BathMate came out I was at my goals.
