Heat concern!
I have my sunbeam on low with the little sponge deal and cloth cover over heating pad and I wear cotton underwear. I wake up in the middle of the night and my dick hurting a bit from the heat. I wake up in a panic, my penis is okay but very hot. Do you guys experience this? Ancientchina when you said don't burn your dick off it put some fear in me as I had an experience with a heating pad on the high setting when I was younger, I fell asleep with it on my hurt knee and woke up with a third degree burn. it cooked all the skin down to the bone. I want this discoloration to go away but not burn it away ;]
 
okay, one week of heating pad and no sign of improvement :(
yeah I know patience...
I'm going to buy some arnica and witch hazel and add that to my efforts. also I might buy a vibrator,(No, not that kind of vibrator) a massaging vibrator that will force blood to discolored area.
 
I had burned my penis by leaving it on high and fell asleep over night, lost some sensation, don't know how perminant it is. Discoloration goes away when you stop over doing your work outs and stop getting fluid build up. Still the best product to use which was one of the first posts in this thread is the Vitamen K cream, nothing else has beat it.
 
Pics of my long term condition. all the fluid swelling is gone now. I wish I would have known this could happen before I started. Do you think vitamin k cream would help this condtion, i've been this way roughtly 5 months.

mustbedreaming, that is some scarry shit! I don't think I'll be sleeping with my heating pad anymore. how does your discoloration rate to my above pics? and did vitamin k cream help for your situation and how much did it help?
 
I hope everyone will not forget the nutrition basics of working out - whether it be for Penis Enlargement or bodybuilding. When you work out a muscle (or penis lig ) you MUST follow up within an hours' time with a good dose of protein in order to build those tissues you have just damaged during your workout. We put our tissues thru a lot during out Penis Enlargement rountines and the growth we want comes during the rest and nutrition phase of our program. You MUST do these two things to have growth - nutrition and rest of the affected region you just worked out. Ask any bodybuilder in the gym - supplementing with a good protein right after a workout makes a huge difference in growth /repair rates. I can not stress that enough. SOOOOOOOO - beat the crap out of your bad boy - but then love him to death with kindness by giving him a good meal!!!
 
Joe, seriously quite Penis Enlargementing and stretching for 3 or 6 months, your at a point where you have to completely stop. It'll go away using the K cream, use it 2 to 3 times a day. The darest areas may never totally go away, so stop, heal or it'll spread. I know it'll be hard to quite for a while, but trust me it'll be worth it. Looks like you got that from hanging or your getting bad fluid build up.

yeah quiting is hard especially being a super hard gainer like myself. I will buy and start using the vitamin k cream as you suggest. I'll quit Penis Enlargementing as I have been off now for the last two weeks, so what's another couple of months (yikes!)
You mentioned bad fluid build up. I was under the impression that when doing compression exercises, you wanted to keep going until your full of fluid making you very engourged, is this not the case? thanks for your help.
 
If someone told you fluid build up is good, they are idiots. Seriously, fluid build up well set you back and keep you from getting permenant gains. There are pics of some guys here that are claiming instant girth and by looking at their picture its alot of fluid build up and when they stop for a month all they may have gained will be gone. This is from what I've been seeing and personal experience. The more often you get the fluid build up the longer it stays and the quicker it happens. I have quit Penis Enlargement for a month now and plan on to for 6 to hopefully completely heal the inside of the skin so I won't get fluid build up like this.
I have found a pattern with my gains. This is what I am sharing, a healthy penis and no over doing (no Fluid build up) and taking something like viagra or cialis will give you diffenite gains.
The one girth king here that looks to have the healthiest pics is RED, but he's been around longer and more careful and not drastic from what I have read. The reason I mention girth is because until I really got into these too fast I got amazing gains and stayed for awhile until I started doing too much and began getting discoloration.
Fluid build up has also caused disentsitation and rougher skin. If you hear anything on reversing what ever it is that causes fluid build up be sure to post it in this forum.
 
I was just noticing how the darker skin is rougher and desensitized also. and I did heavy duty daily girth work for nearly two months and after all is said and done, I'm the same size but now with a less healthier penis, my fault no doubt, but all the hype about getting more girth with these intense workouts, to my disapointment is not my experience. you're also right about once you get fluid build up you are more likely to get it faster next time. I was using a pump with setting 5 vacuum a while back. and now with the same setting I get a huge ring of swelling under my glans that takes a few days to massage out. By the way I've never hung, all my discoloration is from girth work. I'll definitely post whatever I find here.
 
Here it is almost a month of no jelqing or Penis Enlargementing, I went jogging tonight when i home my dick was fat, I somehow got fluid build up and it feels disesitized too becuase of it. This sucks, how permanent is this, maybe if I kept my dick on ice for a week fluid build up would heal.
 
that totally sucks, maybe you could use traction wrapping when you exercise to keep swelling to a minimum and yeah, ice it down.

It seems that the discussion is focused on products like Vitamin K Cream's effectiveness on bruising and dark areas. I wonder if this product will be helpful on areas where the skin (healed skin from blister) is a lighter color than the surrounding areas--will Vitamin K Cream promote coloration blending or help return the healed skin to it's original color? For example, there are two lighter color spots on the head of my penis from two blisters. They have healed very well (no infections, irritation, itching, or anything) but the color is different from the color surrounding it. I wonder if Vitamin K cream will help the blister color blend--I'm applying Neosporin, but it seems that is only good for preventing infections, not promoting skin color development.

Anyone experience this? Thanks

Vitamin C helps to strengthen blood vessels ALOT. Easy bruisers might want to take 20mg per lb of body weight spread out throughout the day. I take ester C with bioflavonoids. It's non acidic so it won't fuck with your stomach and the flavonoids prevent vitamin C from degrading so fast in the bloodstream.
