Alright. So I have been dealing with a discolored tip for over a month now (A dark discolored circle around the very end). I have been giving it heat and massages and have not been doing any PE during this time.
No real sign of improvement. I am afraid that this has become permanent. A Google search talks about something called postinflammatory hyperpigmantation. Which can be caused by trauma (i.e PE).

Does anyone have any knowledge about this? Any cures? Anything?

EDIT: I know that it may or may not be permanent. Postinflammatory hyperpigmantation can take anywhere from 6-12 months to get better. I read somewhere on this forum that Vitamine K creams might help, so I will be getting that as well.

Arnica? (bruise cream, not the ridiculous petroleum jelly thing) ..

Hydroquinone? ..

Still say there's an underlying issue present, a few people encounter this but it's very very few, most people handle the same or higher stressors without getting this discoloration. So, fixing the bruise, or waiting on it to fade, is one thing .. but nothing about it is really being changed to prevent it from happening again. Most of the reasons for something like that are health-negative and you should maybe look into solving the core issue.

Erythrocytes (blood cells) leak (extravasate) out of where they should be , ie - your veins , and run out into the tissues under the skin. There is a stressor being applied, via the gripping pressure of the stretching, but since this doesn't effect most other people ... your tissues are demonstrating a proclivity to either leak too easily, or fracture (and then leak) too easily. If you're still relatively young it might not seem like a problem, but blood is supposed to be inside the veins for a reason .. not leaking out of them for flimsy reasons. As you get older this could be a big deal to a lot more things than just your glans.

Lots of names for it .. progressive pigmentary dermatosis, disseminated intravascular coagulopathy, etc, but a very narrow list of deficiencies usually responsible .. even if your family members have the same issues. It would be from a nutritional or genetic predisposition to not encounter, or not properly absorb, the right nutrients very well ... but even then the answer is still to supplement with them..

Pretty much it's vitamin deficiencies of B12, Vitamin C, folic acid, iron, or copper .. and some essential fats. Lists of these are all over the web. Make sure the nutrients are coenzyme activated and chelated with high quality carriers like picolinate and sebacate. If you're getting them at large corporate stores (walmart, supermarkets, pharmacies) they're junk. You might has well set your money on fire and save the middleman. Find a local healthfood store or an online etailer like amazon.

Try the Arnica creme and massage some bloodflow .. lightly .. into and out of your glans after it absorbs.

Hydroquinone might be a mistake, I'd call it a laaassst resort and go slowly in case it tries to cause the opposite problem, .. over-lightening.

I have had Complete Blood Count done not so long ago. Everything was great. Only lacked some Vitamin D. I do NOT bruise easily. I do martial arts and rarely bruise even though its full contact. I eat healthy and get lots of greens and essential fats.

Maybe its important to note that the bruising on the glans started after I introduced the length master. Not when I only did manual. The length master gave me an intense stretch, but also trapped some blood and cut of alot of the circulation in the glans.

I will check out the Arnica creme.

I hear guys using AHA (lactic acid etc.) for their glans mainly. What are your thoughts on that? Seems to work well with dekeratinization of the glans. (Lactic acid is often found in small dosages in Vitamine-K creams too)

EDIT: Just looked up some Arnica creams. They seem to have a small dosage of lactic acid in them as well. Im guessing it wont do damage.

I have rarely heard of gains discoloration but I even less about Postinflammatory hyperpigmantation. If this is what you have then I would just train throughout as you wait for the 6-12 months pass. Trauma means a blunt, very forceful injury so just be careful not to cause this when training.

That is what I intend to do. I gave it four weeks to heal, but dont wanna leave PE for 6-12 months. I was doing so well. Unfortunately I will have to stay off the Length Master for now and just get back to manual. But I have never in my life experienced such an intense stretch as I did with the LM.

Good to hear and the LengthMaster will always be there if you decide to pick it up again. You are right, the stretch from the LengthMaster is beyond anything I have ever tried.

Talking about eating healthy, I feel off my diet before. But starting from today, I'm back on it.

Maybe this is the same condition I get from the lengthmaster sometimes, if I attach it to close to the glans. It was more in the beginning, when I started out. The discoloration disappear faster now then before, and I mostly never get it.
[a lilac or dark blue circle on/in the glans].
It's like my penis knows what to expect.

Masturbation and diet are the 2 toughest things to deal with

My diet is so terrible right now. I feel like shit. I'm hoping tomorrow will be better. I can take masturbation to a meaningful level but diet is where I'm finding it hard.

You will make it work. I hope you will feel better soon.

I have for a long time only been eating meat, potato, eggs and greens (just a tomato or a paprika on the side) in the evening, with a small meal in the morning. A lots of coffee during the day to suppress my hunger.

Try to make your meals really simple and reduce the carbs, and not processed carbs. Try just fry some meat in the frying pan, cooking some potato... add some greens, make it really simple.

I will give this a try. Thanks brother.

Good for you! Diet is half the game
