Lmao, it hurts so much pulling it back and *trying* to stretch...

One extra bonus to getting used to it though... It'll desensitise your head a little, which will help you last a hell of alot longer when pounding away like a madman!

Naw man, don't pull it back! I pull it back just far enough to where I don not get a skin stretch and I still have half of my glans covered in foreskin. IMO pulling it back can cause desensitizing effects plus cause way more red and blue spots on the glans than ever thought of!

Keep it in front of your grip but not all the way covering your glans.

Pulling on the bare head is just too painful for me.
I was intending to stretch every day, but I had to stop after two days because I got a little blister from stretching by pulling by the head while my foreskin was pulled back.
It was just too rough on the head of my penis and I had to wait a few days until the soreness was gone and there was no irritation.

I am really pissed off because this is yet another exercise that I can't do right.
I'm thinking that I have an abnormal penis that won't allow me to do the exercises that everybody else does.
I just don't get how other people can stretch with their foreskin pulled back. It's too soft and sensitive in that area, and when I try it I either can't do it because It hurts too much, or if I manage to do it, the head and the bit behind it is just too sore to get a good workout and I get blisters

Also tried the latex gloves tip that some people recommend to get a good grip. F**k...That.
My penis was f**ked up with tiny blisters and sore red marks due to too much friction. It was taking my skin away when I let go.

Same problem here. Don't worry about it. If you pull towards the base, not to irritate that sensitive glans area, you'll at least work on the ligs.
 
here's a thought - pull it back if you feel that you can stretch better like that, or have it forward if that feels better. Call me kooky?!!?!
 
Took me until this year to figure out, that stretching with my foreskin pulled back is much more effective than doing it with the 'hood up' and will help prevent turkey neck. I do feel its that which has had allot to do with me getting turkey neck growth.

Thats rubbish, you do not need to stretch your base skin to stretch your ligs LMAO thats stupid thinking. I made the error in my career stretching with the skin covered and paid with it by getting a slight turkey neck and that is due to excess skin being stretched at the base, which has than gone down the shaft.

This didnt need to have happened to have achived results. Guys who are uncut should always try to pull the skin back and stretch otherwise over time you will increase your chances of getting turkey neck.

But the skin could be the X factor in Penis Enlargement when it comes to growth. A longer balloon needs more skin to cover it LMAO

I doubt that very much. The longer balloon theory is true but the penis adapts to it by growing more skin without stretching the base and having the foreskin covered. I've gained from 8-8.3 inches in 8 weeks doing all my stretches with the skin pulled back and the skin growth is fine LMAO

DLD also comments on this further back in this thread. I can understand why people think that stretching the skin will help with gains but you dont need to, the body adapts to the new penis growth with new skin growth where it needs it, plus when you are stretching the penis with the skin back your still stretching some skin anyway, external penile skin on the shaft and not base skin.

I gained about .4 -½ inches from stretching with my skin pulled over my glans.

Guess it is different from guy to guy.;)
 
I gained about 1 inch stretching with the skin pulled over my glans aswell in the early days but its nowhere as effective like pulling the skin back and my theory is supported my many incl dld so not really my theory tbh. Have you some photos of your penis to post here? especially at the base? would be interesting to see. Some of that gain you have will be from skin stretched at the base of your penis makeing it comeout from the body more, like when I first started pe and that feeling guys get with the skin covering that they ''think'' is a good stretch at the base is mostly the skin being yanked at.

The thing is that if I stretch without my skin covering the glans I get erect very easily. Any major tip for me to counquer this?

But perhaps semi erect stretching would be the best of two worlds as erect stretching has given many good gains?

I could use my fingers to feel if the ligs are being stretched,The theory DLD proposed has a lot of sense in it.
 
i have a question, what do you mean by pulling the foreskin back? Is it pulling toward or away to the glans of the penis?
