I havn't been pulling the foreskin back when stretching, maybe that's why i havn't seen any speciel lengt gains yet...

I have always had that feeling that i was mostly stretching the skin, but when you're not cut it is very hard to get a good grip when pulling back the foreskin... Both because it's very sensitive (well, that won't bother you after a few workouts) but also because of that "string" on the back that is holding the foreskin...

I tried pulling back the skin in todays stretchinh session, it really made sense, i will definiately keep on doing this, and i believe that i in a short time is able to pull at maximum with the skin pulled back...
*Now i also know the stretching feeling is actually in the penis and ligaments insted of the skin..
I also believe i was stretching the skin before, because i have gotten hair a little up the shaft wich i didn't have before Penis Enlargement.

Damn you cut pe'ers have an great advantage in Penis Enlargement:p I wish i was cut too :(

I will report later if i begin gaining with this:) Wish me luck, i believe this will work myself :)

With AutoEXT (or other type of extender), you need to pull the forskin back. The reason is that your forskin is lot more sensitive to blood circulation. This is why some users are feeling burning sensation (on your forskin). Your forskin will give out long before the head - which will prematurely stop your stretching session.

With manual stretching, this does not apply as you can't hold it that long - your hand will give out long before your forskin is affected.

As for the base - because your are uncut doesn't mean that you don't need to stretch the skin near the base. I made that mistake earlier on. In order to stretch your ligs, your base skin also needs to be stretched. And I mean a lot of base skin stretching (don't worry its not noticeable other than more hair down the shaft).

The base skin stretching is hardest thing to do as it will feel like you are ripping your skin, but its a must if you want to stretch your ligs.

Cool, so basically ALWAYZ pull the foreskin back, i gotcha, thanks

I've stretched with the skin on and using rubber gloves. It worked pretty well, I felt the ligaments really stretching. In fact, my ligaments were sore almost every day and had to stop doing it because they were hurting.

I was just about to post this exact same topic!

I've always kinda pushed back the foreskin and then grab it right under the glans and pull my penis. Lately I've been just grabbing it right below the glans (and not pulling back foreskin) and it seems a little more intense.

Not sure though.

This question will be very easily answered if several experienced Penis Enlargementrs who did not retract the foreskin will share their experiences with us.

I cant pull my foreskin back and get a good grip with the power assist. I think if the ring of the power assist that my penis goes through was a bit bigger i could push my skin back a bit more and fit my hand through the ring and get a hold of my penis with the reverse ok grip. Would it be possible to get one made a bit bigger. :O

I can do this but the set up charge would be exuberant. We pay $600 for template and laser saw set-up. If you are willing to pay the set up I can make some fore you.

toying with stretches for a while i noticed that when i did em with the skin over the tip that it really just stretched the skin on my dick.with the hood pulled back i feel it better at the base of my penis. If ya ask me u should the stretches both ways

I find it hard to actually keep a grip below the glans because my hand keeps slipping off. I find it a A WHOLE LOT EASIER when stretching immediately after jelqing and taking a shower, I can get a really good grip without slipping.

Look - I have had some bad problems arise from stretching with foreskin over the glans. I recommend you don't do it for these three reasons...

1. Hair gets pulled ALL the way up your shaft and also gives you turkeyneck.
2. The foreskin will add resistance, thus taking some of the stress away from the ligs (which you don't want).
3. The skin on your dick gets thinner and thinner which obviously makes it weaker. One day it might snap, who knows?

1. Yes
2. Yes
3. No, thas not tru

Well, can you explain how it wouldn't be true? I don't mean to sound nasty - but it is inevitable and I have evidence of it on my own dick. I know veins show up more from jelqing anyway - but another reason why veins show up through the skin easier is because the skin thins out more. I am not saying this is the only reason for more visable veins though.

If you gains muscle mass the skin has to stretch, it doesnt get thinner then, so why would it now?

But it is very very very minimal, there is a lot more skin in other areas and, the more skin, the more stretchy it can be.

Stretching with a foreskin is not as difficult as it first appears although is does take some time to get used to the over-sensitivity that occurs when doing it, especially in the first few months. My advice is to pull back the foreskin and get used to it as quick as possible as your length gains will increase over the skin expansion that will occur if you grip with the foreskin covered.

DLD, Out of curiosity you ever considered foreskin restoration?

I don't understand - why do people regret having their foreskin cut off? I would love to have mine cut off, it looks better, it makes Penis Enlargement easier and it stops the buildup of smegma ;)

I keep hearing that after a certain age, you can't get circumcised, is this true? and why?

I was one of the posters earlier in the thread who had big trouble stretching with the skin pulled back and grabbing just behind the head.

Now I've worked out a way that works really well for me.
Here's what you might want to try if you aren't comfortable with pulling the skin back and pulling behind the head.

First off, the problems I had were that my head is quite small anyway, so even after getting a good grip, there wasn't much there to grip onto and allow a strong stretch because my hand started moving over my head no matter how hard I gripped, or whether I wore latex gloves or not. Physically it wasn't allowing me to pull strongly.

Secondly, it felt dangerous, and really, really hurt if I stretched hard.
The skin just behind my glans appears very thin, and you can see the veins and whatnot just under the skin. Pulling hard on that area with the foreskin pulled back would really hurt if I tried to grip firmly and stretch hard.
There was no way that I wanted to risk damaging such a sensitive area where many veins and nerves are concentrated. I believe that it is supposed to be sensitive in that area for a reason, I don't want to risk desensitizing my dick if I can help it.

So here's what I did, and it is very simple;....

I made sure that I didn't do this completely flaccid. So got into a state where my penis was quite full, but still very floppy. Just quite engorged but not erect.
I pulled my foreskin back "a bit" with my left hand, and took a grip with my right hand (overhand, thumb underneath, index and middle finger over the top) quite close to the base. Not bone pressed, but close to the base.
I then stretched a bit with my right hand. Not a proper stretch, but just a light stretch to make sure I had a nice grip and see what the skin at the base did.
If the skin at the base stretched a bit, then still holding that stretch, with the index finger and middle finger of my left hand at either side of my penis at the base, I would pull back the skin there just a little bit. I would still be stretching with my right hand, but would relax my grip slightly to allow a bit more skin to be pulled back.
Then tightened my right hand grip again.
From that point I am able to stretch with no problems.

I hope I wrote that clearly enough. But the thing is that although it probably takes a minute to read, the actual move only takes a few seconds to perform.

The result for me is......an extremely comfortable grip that allows me to stretch hard, and no pain, irritation, or discomfort whatsoever to that area just behind the glans.
With this grip, when you stretch, the skin at the base doesn't stretch, allowing you to get a good stretch on your ligs, and the foreskin only travels about halfway over your glans.

Remember that you need to have your penis reasonably engorged and full of blood, but not erect, just soft and floppy.
This worked perfectly for me, and now I have no problems, no need for latex gloves or baby powder, no pain or irritation to stop me stretching, no risk of harm to that sensitive area behind the glans....and a perfect, comfortable grip.

If any of you have foreskins and usually have the same problems as I described with stretching, try out what I describe above and see if it feels good for you. And let me know how you got on with trying it out.

It really is a simply procedure and makes stretching so much easier and more comfortable.
