When people say they really feel the stretch in certain exercises, sometimes I wonder if they are pulling their skin at the base of the penis more than their ligs.
I have just started stretching, and if I just grab and pull,..yes I feel a stretch, but I notice that a load of skin at the base of my penis is being pulled out in a sort of pyramid shape.
But if I pull the foreskin skin back a bit, I don't also stretch the skin around the base out, and it's a different feeling.
Problem is that when I pull my foreskin back to stretch properly, it feels too rough on the head of my penis.
The head and the bit just behind the glans is very sensitive, so when I stretch it hurts. It ends up feeling really sore and I might get a little blister from the friction.
It's too sensitive to stretch with the foreskin pulled back and I feel that I might be doing some damage if I stretch too hard. Lots of sensitive nerves and blood vessels there.
It's alright getting a good grip by pulling the foreskin back before stretching, but the problem I have is that the end of my penis can't tolerate the pain from being rough on the sensitive bits.
Pulling on the bare head is just too painful for me.
I was intending to stretch every day, but I had to stop after two days because I got a little blister from stretching by pulling by the head while my foreskin was pulled back.
It was just too rough on the head of my penis and I had to wait a few days until the soreness was gone and there was no irritation.
I am really pissed off because this is yet another exercise that I can't do right.
I'm thinking that I have an abnormal penis that won't allow me to do the exercises that everybody else does.
I just don't get how other people can stretch with their foreskin pulled back. It's too soft and sensitive in that area, and when I try it I either can't do it because It hurts too much, or if I manage to do it, the head and the bit behind it is just too sore to get a good workout and I get blisters
Also tried the latex gloves tip that some people recommend to get a good grip. F**k...That.
My penis was f**ked up with tiny blisters and sore red marks due to too much friction. It was taking my skin away when I let go.
