I think I'll try these Monday night when I get off work.

I'm only concentrating on length for the time being. A full workout with girth and length is too time consuming right now. I'm working three jobs with weird ass hours for one of them. My third job actually is only on a sporatic basis and only weekends. It pays helluvalot more though than the other two hourlys.

Any suggestions on a routine D?

I wish I didn't have to give up on the Phase II so soon, but it is going to be a bitch getting up at 6 30 every morning from now on lol and going from one job to the other.
And the two hours it takes me to do this Phase routine is too much to handle energy wise.

Tonight I did DLD blasters 50 of them and then I did 4 1 minute stretches up, down, down and right, down and left, and straight out.
I'm thinking of doing the DLD Blasters like say 60 instead of 50 and then doing the Pulse 110's say about the 5 sets of 50. Then maybe 4 sets of 1 miunte stretches up and then 4 sets of 1 minute down stretches. Shoot, I guess that's my routine. Nevermind DLD, lol I think I handled this one on my own. ha

OH guys, I was a little naughty today and pulled out that ol nemesis Mr. Ruler. I wasn't supposed to until the 15th, but hey I was looking at some ���� tonight and thought what the hell? I'm now a little over 6.25 NBPenis EnlargementL. The tip of my penis was one line over the quarter inch mark of the 6 inch line. I was happy to see the gain.
I wanted that .5 inch by the 15th but I know now it won't happen just yet. Still, it's progress. I can't believe I used to be 5 inches. I won't recognize it by this time next year.
 
These are the best length exercises there is, without a doubt, if you do these you will gain
 
Yeah I started them last night, the Pulse 110s. My dick was sore afterwards. Do you do them with a minute rest in between each set or do you do them in a continuous effort? I did like the last 3 sets without hardly a rest. I was like man I can feel it let me make it hurt lol. Today I woke up with the biggest hard on I may have ever had. At the end of the week I'm going to measure again to see if the Pulse 110's have helped already lol Thanks D these seem to be a must in the Penis Enlargement world if you want serious gains.

It is a variation on BASIC STRETCHING. I will post it when I refine it.
 
Hey guys, when you do these pulse 110's what grip do you use? I haven't been able to really find a good grip for this stretch yet. Like overhand or reverse ok

I use an overhand reverse ok but I have done variations too. If baby powder is not gripping well on any particular day I will use a small piece of paper towel wrapped around my glans, this give me really good grip.
 
Wax have you made any additional gains since your last posting on this exercise? I have been doing these for just about 2 months and I have a .25" increase in erect length. Nice work doublelongdaddy.

I decided to reintroduce these into my workout after hanging. I did this today and the stretch was incredible following 3 hours of hanging. The feeling is a very welcome "active stretch" to compliment my hanging efforts. I did 15 minutes immediately after unwrapping.

Good to here, pulse 110's really are a plateau breaker and a great length exercise. I love when these old threads get bumped it gives the new guys some of the classics.

Okay I have a question.

I just can't pull anymore because of the elbows. How can I incorporate this technique with hanging?

I was thinking the principle would be similar, not the same mind you, that if I was standing while hanging and began to swing the weights. The tension would extend out just a little more rather than just sitting there in full traction.

Other than that, I was thinking about sitting/laying with weights off the bed and then rock my pelvis back and forth so as to tax the ligs and tunica just a little more.

Please give me any advice because I am now officially a Penis Enlargement junky and have to do something everyday.
 
hey OCD atm im hanging SO, i have a wheelie chair and at the end of each session i move back and forth from my desk. you can feel the difference in tension immediately, although it would be alot slower than the pulse 110s.

That seems to be the biggest problem with hanging would be the speed of pulse. Possible to maybe get a set of pulses in at 5 minute intervals by holding the weight and bouncing it manually.
