I have been doing them for a few weeks now and feel that the shock is the true beauty of this exercise, the steady pulls really feel like I am pulling out internal penis. I think it also goes to breaking down tunica tissue with the steady rhythm of the pulls.

yeah i like them, however i think as theyre quite similar, between the blasters and these its one or the other

Completely different exercises. The Pulse 110's are a short burst of energy, progressively delivered to the penis while Blasters are long stretches held for at least 30 seconds. The 110's are meant to break down the tunica tissue through pulse stretches that last about 1 second each.

i thought the blasters was a 5 second kegel followed by a 5 second reverse kegel where you stretch... have i been doing them wrong?!

The stretch should last 30 seconds or more once into the reverse kegel position.

in the dld blasters thread it says: Stretch this to your max for 5 seconds... ? is it better to hold it for longer?

Yes, you should be holding it for as long as you can. I usually go about 30-60 seconds.

I stumbled across this thread and instantly thought about using it with the bathmate, so you would essentially be doing a pulsing hardcore bathmate stretch.
Has anyone tried this and if so what results did you find?
I'm still relatively new to the bathmate and pe in general so I doubt that I wouldn't conditioned enough to attempt these. What do you guys think?

The BM is such a versatile tool...I do Hardcore Stretches, a sort of Kegel/Reverse Kegel wave, short blaster-type pulls, helicopters, behind the cheeks, left/right/up/down...just about every variation I could think of and the key to allowing such aggressive pulling/motion was the addition of the VacuVin. As far as results, my starting stats as of 11/14 were a bit over 6.50" BPEL and 5.50" MSEG...as of yesterday, I'm 8.375" (using the BM gauge on my X40) and 7" MSEG using a regular tape measure, (plus my flaccid hand has increased significantly from around 3"-3.50" to 6"-6.50"). PE definitely works, but dedication and consistency are paramount

So you think holding it for longer with less reps is more effective?
 
Thanks for replying. I have also bought the vacu vin but I find I can't get it to maximum pressure for very long, I'm guessing because I'm not conditioned enough. Although I've had my herc a good year or two I never really got into using it properly but I have a little more spare time now and I am managing to use it 6days on one off and doing the 5x5x3 routine.
I've had a quick go at the hardcore bm stretches and again, at the moment I find them too intense but I'm looking into the future and trying to find my own routine for length and girth (I'm loving the ssj at the moment... I'm touching 6" girth (about an inch expansion) after doing those... They are awesome but leave me fairly tender after.

I would say more reps so strength stays high. Stretching and holding takes a toll on strength so I would prefer the shorter more intense work than the longer less intense. Longer stretch periods at lower intensity are really geared towards healing and cementing.
