Over my time involved in penis enlargement I have come out with hundreds of exercises, spanning from DLD Blasters to Slow Squash Jelqs there has been some great advancements in Penis Enlargement and the way we approach exercise. With the inception of penis enlargement equipment on MOS forums we have never been ones to take this stuff at face value. Most of us treat Penis Enlargement equipment like new toys with no instruction manuals, we find our way through them and in many cases find new, never thought of ways to use them. A perfect example of this is DLD Bathmate Girth Blasters, where the Bathmate is used as a tool in a manual routine. Since these are very popular I am sure you have heard about them. For 99% of the men who are doing this exercise, 99% are gaining in girth at faster levels than ever before.
A lesser know exercise using the Bathmate is the DLD Hardcore Bathmate Stretches. Although not so popular right now, I think it is vital that Bathmate users explore this exercise as I believe it to be a missing link in length gains. Unlike any other type of stretching, where the upper portion of the penis is being stretched, Bathmate Hardcore Stretches concentrate of the extreme base of the penis, essentially pulling and forcing internal penis to be pulled forward and outward, bringing length gains from an area that many guys may feel they have tapped out.
The approach to this is very different than traditional stretching, gripping at the glans of the penis as you are not gripping anywhere, except the Bathmate. The stretch comes from deep in the ligament area, effecting all internal structures at and deep into the base of the penis. For me, I noticed a marked change in the base of my penis with what appears to be thick, new tissue exposed at the base. It is like new penis that has never been there before.
Become erect and feel all the internal penis in the body, you can trace it deep into the base and all the way back to the sphincter. For me there is at least 4" of internal penis, for some it may be more as I have pulled much of this out over my years in Penis Enlargement. This exercise is a different approach towards making size gains, not so much in stretching the shaft of the penis but pulling out internal penis very efficiently. The reason this is so efficient it the Bathmate creates a suction that pulls directly at the base allowing the penis to remain free floating in the chamber. When pulling on the Bathmate you will feel the difference in stretch immediately but I think the real evidence will be after you complete the routine, the fatigue is so unique it is hard to miss It literally feels like you have pulled new penis out.
Here are instructions to do this exercise but please Bathmate users, try this and help get some support for this exercise. It is very valid and important in length training and gains.
I am sure many of you have been trying the Bathmate for stretching but I thought it wise to have a thread dedicated to this type of stretching, how it works and a routine that can be done using the Bathmate as the primary source of stretching. When you have reached a high point of suction in teh Bathmate chamber it becomes easy to see that the penis can be stretched in a way that would be very difficult using your hands. SInce you will not be gripping your penis you will not have any issues with slippage. It is also important to know that the stretching will be predominately at the base and deeper into the ligaments so expect fatigue very different than what you may be used to.
Get yourself 100% erect and attach the Bathmate. I like to use water in the chamber but this exercise can be done dry if proper pressure can be found or in the bath or shower.
Pump up to a high pressure. You will want enough suction that you can pull on the Bathmate with intensity and the Bathmate stays attached.
Once good suction is found you can start the exercise. It may be necessary to repump periodically to keep good suction for these stretches.
Upward Stretches: At an upward angle, using both hands, stretch the chamber upward. You will not be able to go straight up as the tube will get in the way so go as high as possible. do 3 stretches for 30 seconds each.
Straight Outward Stretches to Center: Again, be sure to have good suction. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Straight Out to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Straight Out to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Now, downward stretches will feel a bit different as you will be stretching and pulling-pushing against the erection angle (unless you have a low erection angle) EIther way, this will be the most intense part).
Straight Down Stretches: Again, be sure to have good suction and good EQ. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Straight Down to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Straight Down to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
