thought so xD

does it even work to use the extender for 3 hours a day, for 1 month?
and is that bathmate hercules any good?

you wont see any permanent gains using an extender for 3 hrs/day over a month. you'd probably have to wear it for 1-2 years see any change. and that isn't guaranteed. 4+ hrs per day for 6 months or more is more likely to work. or 6 hours/day for 4 months. or even better is wearing it longer.

BathMate hercules is great!!! i have used one

so the benis extender is kinda useless.....

and what if i start to do, lets say 2 exercises a day with 10 reps a piece, that means 20 reps total. will that help to see any gains within a month?
if you use the bathmate does it show progress within 2 weeks?

Are you keeping the SizeGenetics on for 2-3 hours straight?

am i doing it wrong?

not if you are at a good tension. sound like you must have a good comfortable wrap.

I usually suggest 30-60 minutes with a 5 minute break in between to return good circulation and to reset the tension. Tension can be lost after wearing too long and resetting it will bring a greater stretch.

to be honest im not a person who is good with complicated stuff, and this is kinda complicated for me....
i only have time to do the penis exercises in the morning and got about 70 min time.
and i got about 6 exercises in total i can do right now (penis 5 inches big or 13 cm)

will it be good to do 2 exercises each day= 3 days x 2 exercises. with some flex and jelq?
thinking about doing 10-20 reps each exercise.

to be honest im an idiot when it comes to making plans -.-"

Listen, what you basically need to know is that anything is always better than nothing. With that being said, some guys will gain with a minimal routine like the one you have (at least for a while) and others will not gain a thing.

This is my recommendation to you: if you are already wearing your SizeGenetics for 2-3 hours a day, make it a minimum of 5 hours a day and be patient with slow gains.

You most likely will see very little results within a month of doing anything, even if you do PE 24 hours a day, outside of gains from increased EQ and newbie gains. If you want a bigger cock it is going to take time.

Good luck buddy!

With 70 minutes of time to practice exercise and a SizeGenetics Extender you should be able to put to gather a great workout. I would wear your SG in 30 minute sessions as many time a day as possible. for the 70 minutes you have divide it by two and get in a solid manual routine. If you don't know where to start start with the Newbie Routine. The Newbie Routine only takes about 45 minutes so it will fit nicely into the slot you have with extra time left over. When things seem complicated make them simple!

yea the newbie routine here:
http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...t-a-beginners-penis-enlargement-tutorial.html
looks great however, few question.
the videos dont work?
Behind The Cheeks?
Straight Down to the Left?
Straight Up to the Left? no clue what kinda exercises they are :S
and how many days, weeks, months you do this newbie guide?
and dosent it say the more you do the same exercises, the bigger chances the penis gets used to it?

sry alot of questions, but im a guy who wants informations, to decide whats best to do xD

The ones that say Behind the Cheeks, Straight down to the left, etc. are all about stretching. With the newbie routine the point of stretching is to stretch your penis in all different directions in order to get the most out of your gains that may be hidden if you only stretch in one way. Basically what you do is you grab your penis right below the glans, and pull it down between your legs (this is the between the cheeks, meaning you are pulling it back behind your legs and near your butt cheeks). Straight down to the left is the same thing, except you are pulling your penis straight down and toward your left leg, as opposed to down the center or to the right leg. Etc etc, these are just all different directions to pull your penis in.

You should do the newbie routine for around 90 days before moving on to something different and/or more intense. 90 days is just long enough that you will be able to make your newbie gains, but it is short enough that your penis won't get used to it yet.

Good post. I also think the stretching portion of the Newbie Routine can remain relevant for most men for quite awhile simply by increasing intensity. It covers so much territory that it is really a perfect length routine for manual work.
