i bin a week now since i started to use the SizeGenetics device.
so far i use it 3 times a day, and from 1- 1 hour 30 min each time
penis lengh 5.1 inches.
i bought the standart set without the case.

1: do i need to warm up before i start useing the SizeGenetics device?

2: how far do i need to put the strap from penis head? (right now i use it just under the head)

3: what the best wrapping you know?

I like to warm up by going through a quick set of basic stretching. This helps loosen everything up and gives me the best stretch potential. You could include massage and heat if you like but these do add time.

Right below the head as you are doing.

I like to use 2 layers of thereban and 2 layers of Ace Bandage. You can explore other methods in the SizeGenetics and Hangers forums.

In this case yes, just be sure to hold as much blood in penis as possible.

Red dots are normal and go away on there own. An extender will not hurt this at all so stretch away.

That is the biggest problem with one handed jelqing. Although I never advise this, I can see that there may be some good to clamping in the respect that you need the trapping of the blood during jelqing while keeping skin pulled back. You may want to try this in a light sense to only hold back the skin while you can use two hands to train. You may also want to try a different jelq style that does not stretch the skin like Slow Squash Jelqs, these give the expansion by the hands pushing together instead of sliding upward. You could place the base hand with all the skin behind it while the upper hand creates the pressure pushing down against that hand.

As far as red dots and stretching, don't worry on this. You can stretch with red dots and it will not effect their healing time.

so let me get this right: so 1 hand hold the base of the shaft, while the other grab the head of the penis and squash it as close to other hand as possible?

Exactly, be sure to clamp off strong at the base with as much blood as possible in the penis and from here the upper hand compresses against the lower expanding all tissue in between the hands.

just how long am i suppose to compress?
compress for 30 sec and then stretch 30 sec, and do that over and over again?
or compress for as long as i can hold it?

that i dont know :S

You want to compress with movement as long as you can. A Slow Squash Jelq can last up to 3-4 minutes for me depending on hand strength at the time.

so i just compress as long as my hand strenght will last and then change hand and repeat with other hand?

forgot to ask earlier, know any good "stretch" exercises? need at least 4. 2 per week.

Yes, go as long as you have strength and then take a break. The longer you go the more expansion you will cause.

There are many length exercises, if you are looking for a very thorough stretch routine I suggest the Newbie Stretch Routine as it covers all bases as far as angles go.

I like the idea of having a few different exercises to work with. It can become dull quickly doing the same thing everyday. Plus, doing the same thing can allow your penis to become used to the exercise and stop responding to growth, mixing it up keeps things fresh and moving.
 
quick question about Wrappings with bandages

i viewed that post, and tryed it out.
i cut the bandage i had in 2 so it was about 3,5 centimeter. then i wrapped in around the penis, but what i didnt expect was, that all the lose threads from the cut bandage ruined the warpping and it didnt go well.
so here is the question, how can i use the Bandage wrapping without the lose threads gets in the way?

After you cut your bandage use a lighter to burn back the loose strings. Be sure the wrap cools before you use it.
