I ordered mine yesterday and also got me a restoration cap so i can stretch some of my inner foreskin out some more. Im wanting to restore my foreskin also but i hope im not fighting a battle as this thing stretches my dick and then i stretch my foreskin lol. It seems like this would stretch your foreskin a little bit also while stretching the shaft?
There are a couple ways to do it One is to focus on inner skin
by pulling outwardly on the inner skin right before you slap the outer cone on. The other is to focus on the outer skin by rolling the outer skin up as high as possible.
A middle way is to get semi erect before applying. This ensures that the
extreme point under tension is the same as the extreme point "in
action" so to speak.

ok so it wont grow anymore foreskin if you dont want it too right? I was just wanting to get a little bit more inner foreskin and outer foreskin for a little bit loser shaft skin. I got the cap for that. The main reason is for the shaft lengthning and i hope it does this very well. So i heard you talking about compression from no vent on this cone. The way i see it is you role some skin up over the first cone then put the other one down over this skin rolled up over the first cone. After that you put tension on it and there is a suction created from the skin rolled up over the first cone that makes the cone on the head make a suction to the head? Does this make any sense or am i all wrong?

wow im kinda getting over excited about this and i hope its not in vain but i wonder what gains a person could make with this device if you could have the persistance to wear it like a permanent cast and only take off while using restroom and showering maybe sleeping. lets say from the moment i wake up at 5:30 in the morning i put it on then wear it till i go to bed that night at 10:00. That is 16 and 1/2 hours stretching everday. This would be incredible gains per month. This is even better cause it doesnt have to be removed that often at all. Im glad this came along and i hope its as good as supra says it is which im sure it is
