MY MEASUREMENTS
The small is around 4" dia.
The medium is around 5.5" dia
The large is around 6-6.25" dia.


Anthony. You're better off using the medium condom on the large bell.

The cap is there to help w/ the suctioning of the head and it also creates a nice seal w/ the condom.

That would require me to use the large bell and I haven't had the need to do that since the medium works the best for me and it's also the most popular bell out of the three for the majority of users.

I used to do glands smashed penis pumping while having an erection. Having your glands smashed (blood pushed out) during an erection is not going to hurt you. I mean try it. Get an erection and smash your glands for the duration of your erection and see if is comfortable.

I think my glands size is a bit or 4 inches so i use the largest bell. I find the bell 100% comforttable. When I feel any discomfort it is bc of the belt pushing on my base and pelvis (which isnt often).

Nope. It doesn't. Just make sure you're getting the correct flaccid measurement.
The protector cap kind of rounds out the head a bit by applying pressure around the glans to get a more rounded application inside the bell(s).
The protector cap can also add a bit of girth to your head. So you're end girth w/ the cap will be a wee bit bigger which is going to make it that much more difficult to get in the bell. The cap always measures around 2/16" thick. It slims down though once applied to the head.

the xsleeve looks awesome. they have a video on their site showing how to apply it that i watched yesterday. think ill be ordering mine today

For night: To give it more of a stretch you would look @ the caps and straps that they sell w/ them. You apply the sleeve on the cap and the cap to the strap, then roll down the sleeve.
For day: The above or using weights along side the sleeves.


It would make a nice starting grounds though.

Doesn't seem like they're vac system uses a pump, mainly uses the vacuum it creates just from a cap/sleeve combo. Google the vac hanger and see how it's applied, this will give you a sense of what I'm trying to explain. I've even taken it apart and it's simple to put back together. If someone knows anything or where to get better springs then you could add tension just by using a stronger spring. Xsleeves didn't work for me. I had a terrible time getting them on and off and they were too tight.
