It's decent, but I don't really keep the expansion long. How do I make the expansion last longer? I kegel basically the whole time aswell, so there's quite a lot of blood when I'm doing the ULI's.. but after 10-20mins I feel like I'm back to normal.
I've also calculated my hours of PE from last month, so I will now be tracking my total hours when I post.
Last Month (Over 31days)
Jelqing - 10hrs, 29Mins
ULI's - 3hrs, 05Mins
M/Stretching - 1hr, 50Mins
Before 31Days *BPEL 156mm (6.14")
MSEG 131mm (5.15")
After 31Days *BPEL 157.5mm (6.2")
MSEG 132.5mm (5.2")
A small gain of nearly .1" in both dimensions, this is why the last couple of days I am going to try stretching a lot more than jelqing.
(I know I already measured and updated everyone.. I just wanted to write up a more professional summary). Peace

I find PE more fun when I'm doing it 5days/week compared to 6 or 7.
I lose motivation if I go too hard then I burn out, so I will keep it at 2on 1off.
Btw youknowme I don't think amazon ship outside of the U.S.

I like doing it every day because if I don't I wish I did. Amazon ships to other countries. I think there's an Amazon.UK or Amazon.UK. I think there are other Amazons too I'm pretty sure they are worldwide to most countries.

I might try "newbie's" theory (from Thund3rs Pl@ce), where it consists of minimal amount of PE. 10mins jelqing 5x/week... Seeing as I gained a very minimal amount with 30-40ish mins of jelqing a day, for 30days.

Whatever it takes to keep you in the game. Sometimes, for me, I start to lose motivation right before a gain is about to happen so I have learned to put in that extra effort when a lack of motivation is present. I hope you can re-inspire yourself and get back to a solid routine.
