I decided to make this a girth focused day, so I did a lot of ULI's.. which are my favourite exercise.
The next 2 or 3 days will be primarily focused on length, with a little bit of girth work thrown in there.
Do I need rest days if I feel great and ready to do PE??
I would like to try, L/L/G repeat.
2 length days then 1 girth day, then repeat.
