i personally dont schedule any rest days. if i feel too sore or achy i just take that day off, but i usually do something every day of the week.

Btw Im sorry for taking this off topic.. but when did you stop growing in height?
Because, If Im growing in height my penis could still have some natural growth left. :)

most stop before 19, but some can continue growing into their early twenties. im 19 now and havent really grown in height in about a year

You only need rest when you are too fatigues to train. If you are feeling great go and get in some more great PE.

Yeh I stopped growing for awhile, I reached 6"0 at like 15, and stayed the exact same height until I was 18. Now I grew to about 6"1 in a month.

Thx DLD, my unit does feel tender/sore at the base today, so I will see how I feel when I'm about to do my pe later.

I was a bit tender at the base today so I felt like jelqing, and I ended up doing quite abit of ULI's.
I wont be doing much tomorrow because I will be out.. so maybe just ULI's.

That base soreness can sometimes stick around for awhile, I usually worked through it unless it was just unbearable.

It's alright though seeing I have had about 6 or 7 "on" days in a row.

Listen to your body and if you get to the point you need rest take it, nothing will be lost through a days rest and if it gives you a better session the next day, it is all worth it.

I really focus on stretching each rep when im jelqing, and I also stay at a low erection percentage.. length focus. ULI's for girth, which is my favourite exercise, I can't wait to try out clamping in the future.

how do you like the ulis? ive been considering adding them into my routine but wasnt sure if they were intense enough.

I love ULI's, I dunno why. I find girth work really fun and sometimes I obsess over having massive girth and stuff like that.
I will have 6+MSEG!!! Lol
Anyway good luck on your measuring Jordey.

yeah no doubt. i find length work pretty boring and watch tv whilst i do it. girth work though can be fun, especially when you get like 0.5-1inch of temp gains

yeah i can get over 6 inches sometimes after a workout, which feels great, sort of like telling me how its gonna feel in the future!

and yeah trimming can definitely give the appearance of a bigger unit, also should makes gripping for the uli's easier

Yeah, the grip on manual stretching is way better aswell!! :)

This is why i do length in the morning when I am tired, I don't need to think too much on what I am doing, just need to apply the most intensity I can. 31/10 - Measuring Day!
Ok I measured and I gained 0.1" on both dimensions, BPEL & MSEG.
Before - 6.1x5.1 (192cm Volume)
Now - 6.2x5.2 (206cm Volume)
BUT this was with a different ruler, so I need to find the one with mm markings.
So I will look for it & confirm.

13 days for the 0.1"? Would be nice if things pan out like that every 13 days :)
Not bad. Hopefully it's accurate and not just a ruler issue.

Ah. Didn't catch that. Are you under time constraints when PEing? Noticed you split girth/length days. Or it that how you just like to PE.

Actually, I have been doing length and girth on the same day.. for this last week or so.
I count my jelqing as length work because I am at a low erection %.
And ULI's as girth work.
 
31/10 - OFF/Will Do ULI's Later
Seeing as I measured before I am going to take today off aswell.
So two days off in a row, but it will keep me fresh for the next month coming up. I plan on mostly focusing on stretches & ULI's, & less jelqing.

I started noticing a 'Turkey Neck' appearing under my penis. No matter what I try, I cant hold back the skin or anything.. because it effects my stretching.
Can I get rid of it? Or how can I stop it from getting worse? Cheers everyone.

Keep applying a good deal of pressure and grip against the skin at the base leaving only enough room to stretch the penis. Also, the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch is good with displacing the skin.
