I'm really feeling the overtraining gains settling in. My flaccid hang is much bigger and looser. At any given time I can stretch my flaccid penis to 6.7 or more in length. I'm waking up with rock hard erections. Hanging just does something to my ligs man... when I get an erection and I've been consistently hanging it feels like my ligs are twice as hard as normal.

I've been masturbating less and taking a zinc pill after I pe every day. That is definitely helping with the flaccid hang.

Also, my girth is up. It's probably a mix of PE and less fapping.
 
Just an update. I've been gone for a while because I have been abstaining from organism. The more physiology/human-biochemistry I study the more I am begging to believe that in the modern world, we are two, now three generations of men who have stunted penis growth. Due to environmental factors, circumcision, and our feminized society, boys who enter puberty never achieve their full penile size naturally. I have also come to believe that we are supposed to be stronger and more muscular than what is commonly perceived and this too is reduced by the modern world.

As a personal project, I'm going to compile lots of research and write a thesis examining these topics, and in my journey, hopefully I'll discover sound methods of circumnavigating them.

I've been looking at the chemical aspects of PE, like how HCG is used to cure micro-penis disorders, or how androgen receptor density and sensitivity effects the penis. Weight lifting and abstaining from orgasms are two well studied methods of increasing androgen receptor density in muscle tissue, leading to harder muscles with greater contractile capacity. Interestingly, the penis also is full of androgen receptors, particularly the foreskin, which is cut off of most of us.

There are a lot of things in the modern world that negatively effect our androgen receptors on a cellular level - particularly fluoride and unnatural amounts of estrogen. I suppose that if hypertrophy of the muscles can increase receptor density in that tissue, it ought to do so in our penile tissue as well.

I'm doing little bits of research here and there, but I have to stay off of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], where there is actually a lot of good info on this, primarily because I could read something or see a picture that triggers me to have a the urge to relapse and relapse is not an option.

Also, as a "training" update, despite not doing any PE I have not lost any size based on my morning wood measurements.

I found that there are a few ways to confront adult entertainment and masturbation addiction:

1. Addressing fears and insecurities manifested by adult entertainment. Let's face it, we're all here because our hypersexual society leading us to believe we need massive cocks - just like the bodybuilder's and their need to be 7% bodyfat come beach season. The fact of the matter is, I'd be lying to myself if this I said I could mentally overcome this body-dismorphia disorder. It has to be done physically and mentally - the longer I abstain from adult entertainment the less I remember; the less I remember the less the images pop into my head. But let's be honest, that's not good enough because the nagging insecurity of the cuckholding wife will always be there. Or the feeling that "she's taken it deeper than I can go". Those are imprinted in my brain but you know what? I don't worry about my muscularity or my strength. I already know I'm in the top 5% of ideal physiques. If I can get over that by changing my body I can get over adult entertainment by changing my body as well.

2. Mind mapping and controlling lines of thought. Meditation and logic write ups. I'm trying to spend 20 minutes or more a day being present, being absent of thought to gain more control of my compulsive thinking. It's easy to stop recalling adult entertainment scenes but it's hard for me to stop imagining future sex acts or perfect world scenario sex acts with all the women I interact with. When I find myself becoming occupied with the thought of a adult entertainment scene or imagining myself having sex, I have to write out my justifications for why I want to masturbate to these imaginary things then I go and write a rebuttal that shows myself the fallacies of my thinking... haha fallacies... like... lol you get it.

3. As soon as I stroke my dick it's over. Yeah, I can abstain from adult entertainment but I started watching adult entertainment because I'm addicted to masturbation. I just cannot touch myself sexually and I have to be aware of the stupid ass reasoning that leads to me that. It usually is the, "Oh fuck am I loosing my gains.... I'll just edge up a good erection and measure". That never works. It never works. You cannot edge and stop. And following the first orgasm, all I want to do is masturbate more - like a coke head - one line isn't enough. So it's best to just avoid starting.

These are probably the biggest PE gains I've made this year. A little self control can go a long way.

Is there a particular reason not to use HCG to long? I would never use it that long, but I couldn't find any information about negative long term effects. Or any negative effects for that matter (other than a study where massive amounts temporarily dowregulating LH receptors in bunnies)

Yeah, the desensitization of receptor sites is why it should only be run for a max of 14 weeks. I have heard of people using huge doses over 3 month time periods but they usually discontinue that before the 14 week mark. You know, just to play it safe?
