Girth routine completed. I definitely noticed I suffered a bit from fatigue in this session, however still got very good expansion from the exercises. Because of this fatigue, I just did the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s within a 5 minute set, as opposed to the 7 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x 30[/words] reps. As I say, still good expansion so that can't be bad. I did [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s in the final set as opposed to 10 minutes of Jelqing. This was also because of the fatigue, I felt [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s were an easier bet.
I tried the Hardcore stretches but definitely don't think I'm ready for them just yet. The first one that I tried was extremely uncomfortable and was enough of a sign to tell me not to try them yet.
I also decided to measure my post workout girth, just to see what kind of expansion I might be getting. Well the tape measure showed me at 5" EG! Not too shabby at all, seeing as I was fatigued and didn't do as intensely on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s!
Hitting 180+ more and more in the tube, growth is happening
