Well I figured I should start I log after reading a what DLD posted on routines. And since im serious about Penis Enlargement, I could definitely use the motivation:

Currently my routine has evolved into this:

AM:
- 10 or 15 minutes of stretches 30 seconds for 3 sets BTC, straight down, out and up
- I always feel kind of raw at the base for a while and some times throughout the day, you know the kind you feel after a long stretching session?

PM:

- 200 - 300 jelqs 2 - 4 seconds

- 7" BPenis EnlargementL
- EG 5"

- I haven't taken measurements in a long time and I have not taken a FSL measurement yet.
- My erection length seem to vary as I was pushing 6.5" NBPenis EnlargementL a while back but lately I've been only able to hit 6.25" NBPenis EnlargementL
- I tend to not have the strongest erections which sucks, the only time I can get one is during sex and it's been a long time since the last time I've had sex (long dry spell) and I think thats why I have poor stats right now
- I've been doing Penis Enlargement off and on for about a year with minimal gains
- I've increased my girth from 4.7 - 5" since January but no length gains :(

Goal:

- 6" EG

Hopefully everything im learning here and the great people here will help me push me more in attaining my goals of a larger more satisfying penis.
 
You have one of the old Vimax [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] with metal rods?
 
Yea its one of the older ones, I got it cheap. I can't adjust the tension like the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] one by twisting the rod so it's as is go figure. I'd get the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Size genetics[/words] one but I can't afford it for now.

- experimented with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] hardcore stretches here did about 10 - 15 seconds in each direction just getting used to it
- I always do kegels while in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]
- Jelqs 300 total the last 100 were the best

had to masturbate tonight, don't always do it maybe a few times a week, best session in a long time had amazing expansion it felt like. Noticed improved length and erection quality during this session, the arousal was just right.
 
AM Workout:

10 minutes of Stretches BTC, out front, up and down 30 sec each for 2 or 3 sets

a little short on time, day off from work and I woke up late and have to go to the dentist real soon.

I've been following DLD's beginner method but breaking it up into morning and evening sessions. Honestly I'm a little frustrated though, I've been Pe'ing off and on for over a year and consistently Penis Enlargement'ign since January and have made no length gains. Honestly I don't care if I can't get to 8x6 but at least 7.5x 5.5 would be nice.

I have been sore daily around the base of my penis from all the stretching so maybe recovery is the issue. That's why I'm going to rest over the weekend and do no stretching or jelqs and just do the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] till next week rolls around. For jelqs im starting to take longer to do them 3 - 4 seconds now opposed to 2 seconds and work on just "feeling" the blood move up and kegeling with each jelq.

I'm doing my best to improve erection quality but I can't seem to do anything that works either. My erections throughout the day are weak and have always been except for random nocturnal erections or anytime im coming out of a nap thats when my erections are strong, just wish I could get that rock hard erection when I want it. I have never had a rock hard erection during any masturbation session, only getting up to 6" or 6.25" NBP and this is not very hard so it is very annoying.
 
Maybe it is time to switch to a more intense stretching routine. If you have not seen gains in your current routine for 3 months it is time to step up the intensity or change the routine.

Good session. Im able to get up to 180mm on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] every time, waiting for the day that I break this.

So If I read correctly on the boards, measurements are more accurate sitting or laying down then standing up? I felt like measuring some stats yesterday and I measured BPFSL at 7.2" standing up.

Laying down: I measured EL at 6.5'' and BPenis EnlargementL at 7.2" none of these at a fully hard erection of course as it's impossible for me to maintain one, standing up I could not maintain a good enough erection and was able to only measure at 6.25" EL, and 7" BPenis EnlargementL respectively.

Another thing im watching is my flaccid hang and length have remained every day nice and long and thick looking. I'm taking that as a bonus.

Did only 10 min of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] last night but tonight did a lil more than 20 min and man o man, I finally passed 180mm and hit just a tad under 190! Not only that it felt awesome, and shiat it looked massive afterwards, 5.6 girth! I have never seen that before, fucking awesome.

Lol im short but lean and muscular 5'5'' 170 and 10% BF it looked crazy in the mirror lol i love this shit

Its an up and down thing, but in the end if your gaining it is all worth it.

hit 190mm on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] today, felt great but there was some fluid build up after this session which made the jelqs slightly awkward today, that and the much more expanded girth made it odd to work with. I know I was getting close to 6" girth at the base after that session.
