Thanks for your help in the exercise work. I will be releasing a new exercise over the next week. I have been training with this one for about 2 weeks and am very excited to let it out but I still want to be sure there are no adverse reactions due to the way the stretch is done. Once it is released I would greatly appreciate you to test it out for us.

The most basic way to do them, which is the first way I developed them is to get fully erect, then curl your thumb deep into base of dorsal side, palm facing down, and either kegel or reverse kegel(hold position + kegel for 18-36 seconds or more if you can. To be more precise you should do the thumb or Ok-grip clamp at the same time you do either kegel. You can do 1 set kegel, then 1 set reverse kegel, and repeat. Or you can 9 sets straight reverse kegel, then 9 sets kegel. I usually start with reverse kegel, but there's no order, sometimes I'll even do 18 sets straight of each. Today I did a lot, 72 each totalling 144 is borderline crazy. I suggest you only start with a few sets of each to feel it out gradually. I personally don't do the Ok-grip b/c I don't like constricting the urethra usually, not that I won't do it the future, but either way works.

At this point I have new variations of this exercise but it's a little more advanced usage of the fingers of the free hand to use for pressure points on glans and shaft.

Looking forward to it. It must be a really unorthodox stretch for it to tested for adverse effects. Why are you releasing it for free and not the members only video section?

One of the stretches could be dangerous but my testing is not complete, so far I have had no adverse effects but I want to give it a solid month of testing before I release it. It will make it to the members site at that point in video and on the forums in text.
 
I need to do this enormous poosey's routine for I am lacking. I may have gone hard on the penus with e-jelqs, and now it is broken<:( eq wise.
For this incantation I will need to do towel lifts, and kegelkegelkegel. I should also buy horny goat weed for fun.

Dld is it true that if I do a little bit of pumping everyday in place of my normal routine I'll have my eq back?

Pumping does help with eq but even better is doing a regular Kegel routine. Edging is also a great way to increase EQ. But, remember, much of the time it is not bad eq as much as it is fatigue. You will grow to know the difference as you progress.
 
Does anybody do this upward erect jelq? I imagine its an underhand ok grip, but maybe he used both heels of his hand to do a haduken! He said here "I don't do the ok grip usually", and I don't know if it was just for clamped kegels or also jelqs because I always kegel while jelqing.

I think it is most smart, if you are using the standard jelq, to vary, equally from downward strokes to upward strokes. This causes not only girth expansion but when you are jelqing downward, against you erection angle, you are also hitting the ligaments big time. The upward strokes, in addition to girth that can be gained, you will also be training Tunica in an upward stroke.
 
I was hoping that I could target some more CS by going underhand as i think sometimes when I edge it pointing up it fills up easier, but I'll see if I can make it happen.

I also have been including a new exercise I came up with about a month ago. I will post this new exercise today. They are called Twisted Erect Stretches.

5-10m semi-erect stroke/massage warmup
5m upward erect Jelq
5m downward erect Jelq
5m erect Bends(down,up,left,right,and angles all around)
Repeat 3x, total 30m for both Jelqs, 15m for bends

*trying Dan_clizer method for [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] gains(10-12 sets of 6m each vs very long sets aka what i was doing)

it seems the 1m breaks are crucial and make it much easier to endure the pumping process whereas sometimes i would do 4 sets of 18m each that were uncomfortable and a bit painful

also this method seems to increase swelling and retention quicker vs long sets

for example 6 sets of 6m each vs 2 sets of 18m each, both total 36m [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] time, the 6 sets gave more swelling and retention, and i also felt my internal upper shaft was hardened, in response to Dan's method b/c he also mentioned he felt greater internal xpansion this way
 
on another note was glad to bring back the Jelqs, the upward Jelq always gives me great expansion

not so much the downward, i don't really feel the pressure or expansion at the base but i do it anyway as a precaution to prevent any possibility of baseball bat effect

the erect bends were great, bit painful but in a good way like yoga, opened up and released a lot of stiffness in many areas of shaft

all this helped me hit past the 8" mark in pump at max dry pressure, whereas for a month now i was just jumping straight into [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] and it would take me usually until at least 3rd set of 18m each to hit 8 lmao
