lol @ express train. thanks a lot bro. I'm going to be focusing mostly on length now because my girth kind of makes my cock look short. I will just leave the girth to my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] sessions. I will be looking for ways to hit a cemented 8 inches by this summer. This gives me about 4 months. I will be doing this with no supplements, just hard work, good diet, and consistent physical exercise(calisthenics & weight-training, core training, and yoga).

At this moment I'm also going to keep my warmup routine. I really like the mix of kegels, trampoline stretches, and erect bends. I figured this may be better than just using a heat pad or some quick warmup. Thoughts anyone on this?

You can as well opt for other exercises of your choice. I can pull as hard as possible when stretching in the downward bundled position and it has also worked for DLD too.

Note: This exercise comes with meaningful increase in base girth.

Before i got peyronies and hurt my penis. I did bundled stretches, its one of the best stretches out there it loosened up the tunica to allow more looseness, and when i did get erections my base girth was huge.

mostly affects glans and urethra girth. i wouldn't say it's an insane girth exercise, but it's also great for keeping up EQ. that's why it's a part of my warmup.

i do it with either a CR or ok-hand grip at base. but i also use the oter hand to press against different areas of the shaft while I hold the kegel, sort of like molding my penis

I believe to get a solid half inch in length you have to measure once in 4 months. But if you are aiming for 1/4 length gain you can measure once in 3 months. I say 8 months to gain 1 inch with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words].
 
LM first session
spent some time researching different wraps. SWM's wrap looked pretty good and simple here http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...nt-hanging/17715-bib-hanger-how-to-video.html

But i ended up trying my own wrap with theraband and athletic grip tape, which seemed to give me a solid grip in the chamber because the grip tape and chamber pads were nearly similar material. Although the stretch feel on the pull wasn't as intense as i had expected. But i will say the bundles were quite intense, could barely do 1 full rotation.

Anyway i spent a little time playing around with different stretches. I feel that i will have to wrap tighter and try different chamber placements, perhaps higher more closer to the glans. today i decided to place it between below glans and middle shaft because I people were complaining about pinched glans, not to mention my glans girth is larger than shaft, so basically it's a bit lower than recommended placement.

I'm going to have to place the grip tape lower than the theraband next time so that the theraband sticks out at the top to prevent the harsher grip tape from pinching/pressing into corona of glans during a pull
