i'm not sure exactly what my starting girth was but i remember having a slimmer cock many years ago. originally i started PE a few years ago only doing just kegels

i thought they were incredible did them daily for many months, took a break, and came back doing them again

i learned a lot from them and i worked on them rigorously until i ad an effective technique and intensity(these were not just regular quick kegels). my girth improved, glans got bigger and i also gained a little length specifically right under my glans in the upper shaft. after that i did not really go deeper into kegels but to this day i still do a shorter version of them as a warmup. back in the day i used to do kegels for around 3 hours a day, sometimes 6(good times).

guys i took off Sunday and Monday, something came up at work which literally restrained me physically from PE

i might have to take off today as well, but best be sure I won't take off more than a few days, and I will continue where I left off because I cannot afford to lose the hard work i put in fighting off the blister predicament

i think i should be ok in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] department if time off from it is less than a week

Very wise to wait for blister to resolve itself before to much work. Sometime is we work through a blister and can pop under the intensity and you will end up stretching the scar, leaving a longer scar than it would have been if you let it heal naturally. Do the PE you can do without effecting the blister and avoid anything that will aggravate it.
 
DLD the blister has been long gone

first day with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] the blister expanded slightly. 2nd it didn't expand and was deflating already. from that point on it became a red spot and eventually hardened and fell off around the 5th [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] day
 
but something else is slightly bothering me now. for the past day i've been urinating with very strong high pressure and it burns moderately.

this usually only happens if i need to urinate RIGHT AFTER a long [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] session, but it always goes down after an hour or so.

just wondering what it could be because it seems doubtful it's from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] or not, and i haven't slept with anyone recently, and unlikely it's a UTI because i don't have any pain in lower abdomen or anywhere. and also the frequency seems normal as well

also anyone have a similar experience?

guys i also have to mention that i started again a few days ago doing a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] hardcore stretch method that i used to do before i took a month off

basically i pull in and up my stomach when i pull away the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] for the stretch. it creates kind of a tug-of-war sensation. i hold this position for a few breaths or so, then I release the stomach and do a reverse kegel hold for another few breaths WHILE still holding the hardcore stretch. then i pull the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] back up and relax for a few breaths. i keep repeating this hardcore stretch throughout every set. it's usually downwards, but also down left and down right sometime.

i'm just wondering if this could have possibly caused any issue internally for the aforementioned strong pressure and moderate burning urination?

i doubt it because i've done this for a few months straight before and no issue.

EDIT:

i just realized this could also be from the intense jelqing session i had a few days ago which at the time gave me amazing instant length and girth expansion

With this routine, you will gain 1 inch girth in 6 to 7 months.

that sounds about right. i'm getting less fluid retention this way and able to recover quicker for the second session later. if i do 6 sets or more it makes it hard to do kegels and jelqs again in the same day because of fatigue and drop in EQ. plus the intense jelqs are really helping with girth

How do you loosen up your balls sack in the morning before your girth session? Mine is always shrinking in the morning but very loose in the evening.

Honestly I just put the sprocket on. First I do erect Kegels dry without anything. Then I put the sprocket on after I put neosporin or lube or whatever is oil-free on my balls first.
