My Penis Surgery Experience Phalloplasty

I am surprised that the erection angle is not decreased that much from having the ligaments cut. What exercises are you doing post op for length, hanging or manuals?

Does anyone know of a good surgeon in the UK that does the penis lengthening surgery?
 
damn what did the pain feel like? was it sore pain like a pulled muscle being used or was it sharp needles going straight into the urethra like pain?
 
I have been reading info on a UK site and it says that the suspensory ligament is cut just like you had done, is the fundiform ligament ever cut also?

It also said that there will be no increase in erect length, only an increase in flaccid length, I am not concerned with my flaccid length but want to increase my erect length.
I know you have had severe retraction so will be interested to see what extra length you can get.

What hanger are you using?
Do you pump just penis or penis and balls?

Was the post op pain from the girth procedure or also from the lengthening procedure?

Sounds tempting. Shit, it irritates me that women having their boobs done is no big deal while penis surgery is freakish. Hell, if penis surgery was as easy as boob surgery is now, I would have it done in a heartbeat.
 
I dont think I would be able to handle the pain after the surgery- my penis hid when I read about your painful erections in the morning.

And no shower for 10 days- no wonder he didnt want you having sex, you would have knocked the bitch out.
 
NO amount of Penis Enlargement will give you such quick gains. I have gaoned about 1/2 inch erect. I use tracman and I hang weights about 45 to an our a day.

This is something that I have debated about for years; its great that you have had such great results. In your opinion, is it obvious that you had surgery to the ladies, or do they just "go about their business". That's one of my concerns. Its like the boob jobs that are quite obvious or those that you would normally have no idea.

I think that the pubic hair above your penis should hide the scar well enough that most women prolly won't notice...

As far as breast implants go, they can be done under the muscle and will look totally natural if not overdone. The problem is that they eventually want to go huge and have it done above the muscle... which looks fake.
 
Hey Thickest One, how about an update? Did you get the 2nd surgery in Oct? Keep us posted; as I said before, this is something that I have REALLY considered, but need to hear from those who've done this already.

Did you go with totallifeenhancement?? I see that your vaccum hanger is a knockoff to MaleBridge's vaccum hanger.

Rheinschild performed the augmentation back in his TLE days. I am personal friends with the original designer of the Male bridge hangers. I learned about this style hanger after my surgery, other wise I wouldn't of known they existed. After personal use, I realized that these style hangers were the best on the market, nothing compared to the comfort and the performance.

A for my personal results, I gained about an inch in girth. I didn't get the length surgery, but I am considering. Also, I'll probably get a second girth procedure. I should end up just shy of 7" girth.
 
so how exactly do you get surgery do you call up surgeons that are specifically for doing pe surgery or just any surgeon?:s
