My penis was a little sore today just below the glans. I think this is due to my grip whilst stretching. Hopefully this will just clear up after my penis gets used to the exercises.

It's only the fourth day and I've exercised only 3 times (gonna do the fourth later tonight) but I'm sure my flacid hang looks bigger.

Since starting the exercises I've been checking it everyday everytime I went to the toilet but it still looked the same. I then decided (and was advised by others) to stop this constant checking as no change would harm my motivation.

Well I wasn't checking today but as I went to the toilet earlier it caught my eye and I thought,' That looks more fluffed up then usual'. So I then checked it everytime I went and it still looked pumped up a little. I even asked my partner to look and she said it looked bigger too.

Don't know if this is psychological or not, maybe I'm imagining it and a little wishful thinking is coming into play.

Who knows, I'm not measuring yet so onwards and upwards and keep pulling. rofl

My penis was still sore today just below the glans. All the dry/loose skin has come away but the skin is red and sore. I put antiseptic cream on last night and this morning.

Due to the above I am going to miss todays exercise session so hopefully my skin will be healed enough tomorrow night to carry on. I have bought some surgical gloves to try whilst stretching to see if this creates a better grip with less slip.

I feel very p*ssed off that I'm missing a scheduled session but I think if I continue tonight I might make it worse. >:(

Olive oil also works well for dry skin and irritation. I use the "Extra Virgin." :P

It's a great lubricant for wet jelqing as well. I like it better than any other lubricant I've tried--a bit smelly--but who cares?

Really enjoyed my exercises tonight but did have a little difficulty keeping an erection during the wet jelqs - I think maybe I'm applying too much pressure at this early stage. Will squeeze a little less next time. Only problem with this is that I don't get a very good 'pump' if I don't squeeze quite hard. >:( I'm just gonna have to experiment to find the right strength to erection ratio.

Thanks for the advice. I think I will try the olive oil instead of my usual vaseline for the jelqing session tomorrow to see how it goes.

Didn't manage to get to the shops today for the lotion that seeking8.5x6 recommended so I'll try the oil until I do and then decide which is the best for me.

You're quite welcome. You might also considering using cloth gloves as an alternative to the latex ones. They give a fantastic grip. They are probably more expensive than the latex ones, but you could probably wash them when they get soiled and reuse them. They come two or three pairs to the box. I bought mine at the local pharmacy.

@ goinfor11x7 - I tried the jelqing with the olive oil tonight and must say I prefer this to the vaseline I was using previously. I have also noticed a small patch below the glans where the skin has ripped again. I think I'll try and get some cloth gloves as you have suggested and give them a go.

Hmm olive oil eh?? I got some extra virgin olive oil, ill have to try it. I see you dont measure to often. i usually measure after my routine to see how much pump i get. i try to get at least the same pump as my last routine. oh well, looking forward to seeing your first measurement.

PS...Thats a good saying...i need a motto like that.

How ya doing? Hope your gains are still coming along.

I've decided to stop using the olive oil and go back to vaseline. I seem to get a better pump after jelqing with vaseline, think the olive oil is a little too slippy for me.

The reason I've decided not to measure often is that I don't want to be discouraged after a week/month/etc... if I don't make much of a gain. I know this is a long game so don't really need any distractions from lack of quick gains. Then again I might be a quick gainer and have a nice 7" x 5" by Xmas - I wish. rofl

Had a really good pumped look to my cock again after tonight's session. I've found that if I don't jelq with an erection at about 80% then I don't get that pumped/worked look to my penis. Also I've found that if I do the jelqing whilst watching the TV I keep losing my erection level but if I do the jelqing without the TV on and just concentrate on doing the exercise properly and with the correct amount of pressure then I can keep my erection for much longer. This makes for a better exercise session and really feels like I've acheived something that day.

My erections as getting as hard as steel now and I've also started to get back my morning woodies (lost them due to medication). My dick is starting to feel different and I'm sure this morning it looked thicker than normal during an erection - maybe it's still pumped from last night's session but at least it's starting to change.

It's mostly the bottom chamber that has increased in size at the base only with some width increase all along the shaft.

Tonight I only did a light routine as my penis was a little sore internally. Also today I've not had many spontaneous erections and those I did were very weak. I think that I over did it with last night's jelqing, I used maybe too much pressure but I definetly had too much of an erection as I remember it being a problem last night during the jelqs.

My penis still feels fatigued internally today so I've decided to have a rest day. I think I've over trained so I'm gonna do a 2 days on, 1 day off routine when I start up again.

Apparently we started about the same time, and you are in the same routine as me. I have a question for you: how do you do the SU stretches? I can't seem to get enough of a grip to be able to hold the entire stretch time without the head of my cock screaming for mercy.

Thoughts? Suggestions on how you do it?

Hi az_mike

I grip the same as I do for all the stretches. I use an over hand grip with my thumb and middle finger creating the 'OK' sign around my penis just below the glans. My thumb is on top of my middle finger and my index finger is on top of my thumb. I do have to kegel some blood into my glans before gripping tightly otherwise my hand will slip down my glans and I won't get a good enough grip.

When doing the SU stretches I adopt the above grip and just pull. I do them whilst sat in an armchair on the edge of the seat. I lean back in the chair so I'm kind of laid down and just pull. This seems to give me a good stretch feeling in my penis and the grip is better for me.

I can't do a SU stretch by sitting upright in a chair and pulling up to the sky - it hurts too much and I don't seem to get a very good stretch. I think it's because like that I'm using just my arm strength but doing it by reclining in the chair I'm using my arm and body weight as a combined unit.

Good news, I've started getting rock hard spontaneous erections again today. It just goes to show that I was over training with the wet jelqs. Basically I was increasing my grip pressure too much too soon for a newbie.

Must remember this is a long trip not a weekend break. rofl

So lets re-cap. After over training slightly and suffering from lack of erections and sore internal fatigue of the penis I thought I was okay on Thursday 3rd Oct. Later that day my penis started to ache internally again and I had bruising to the tip of my glans from the grip during stretching.

I decided to take a week off because I was going away for a long weekend and would have trouble doing the exercises (the Mother-in-law came along too) and thought it would be a good break to heal before starting again. My penis feels fine now and my erections are back to normal although not as hard as when I jelq regularly. The bruising is still on my glans but I don't really care what colour my dick is as long as it works and gets bigger.

This time I'm definetely not going to increase the pressure of my jelqs too quickly. So here is what I did tonight:

So, during one of my erections in the afternoon I couldn't resist measuring the girth. As stated before I've gained 0.5" base girth :O and also 1/8th" mid girth and end girth (just under glans). So, after tonight's exercises I've been sat at the computer surfing the net for about an hour and a half and basically I've had a throbbing hard on for most of that time rofl (No I've not been looking at adult entertainment either just general surfing).

So I've had a break for a while - various reasons, illness (my crohn's disease), depression, family life, etc... Decided to start again after putting it off for a while basically due to laziness.

I've decided not to post everyday either as I was getting a bit obsessed with the forum and the size (or lack of size) of my penis. Did my head in for quite a while which also goes a long way to explaining the extended break.

I've got my head into a much better place now and I've reviewed my routine.

I was only feeling a lig burn whilst I stretched straight down so that is all I'm doing for now and the jelqing & kegels of course. I'm going to start off slowly and increase things as I go along.

I can really feel a lig burn/ache at the base of my penis whilst doing the stretching. I didn't really feel this when I was doing the exercises before my break. I think it's because I wasn't pulling hard enough before.

I'm taking a real, "listen to my penis" approach this time as opposed to just doing a set routine. I think this approach will make it more enjoyable as I won't feel like I've GOT to get 600 jelqs done, I will only do as many as my penis feels able to handle. I'm also hoping this will help with gains by not overtraining just to reach a set number of exercises.

I will of course increase things as and when my penis is ready and able.

I'm not going to measure for a while, probably 6 - 8 weeks time just to check if I need to alter my routine​
