It seems I am definitely more prone to Fluid Retention, although I have reduced it a lot by finding a sweet spot in my workouts, I am still experiencing it and have to compensate for it and work the fluid out.

It is all in the same place all the time, "donuting" right below the head of the penis. Going to be trying to use the AB Silicone pumping sleeve to help reduce FR as well, I will keep working and looking for the right method to get maximum expansion with minimum or no FR.

On a positive, although I have not measured I can tell by sight and feel that I am continuing to grow and add girth. Just got to keep it up!

Man 17cm in the pump i just tried 16,5 cm (cant go lower cause it´ll fall off), but my EQ is even better at 16,5 than 17 and even less fluid build up. 0,5 cm in difference and still so much difference, wow no wonder why pumping results varies so darn much, i mean psychology why not pump when you got one if you get my drift. 16,5 i do not know but it´s probably 2,5 - 3 hg range for air, but hey if it get the job done for MY DICK then fine by me.

So I took a days rest due to fluid retention and started pumping today with the low-pressure theory as proved out by Acromegaly and Bacheelor's testing.

Todays workout:
Stretching Routine
3x6 super sets with 75 Jelqs and 2 [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s between

Normally I pump at around 21 cm and can max out past where the entire label ends on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] (what I think would be about 23cm). Obviously that high pressure brings considerable fluid retention and is not healthy for long term growth (though I am pretty sure it contributed to the length I added last month). I moved down to about 19.5 and still had FR.

So instead today I pumped to right about 18-18.5, I actually started at about 17.5 but as I was comfortable there I moved up just 1 cm till I felt the Tunica stretching more. There is zero fluid retention and I still had a pump similar to what I achieve at higher pressure. I will be continuing to target 18-18.5 as my target for pumping for girth growth. I also noticed that I simply cannot go into the tube erect, if I do I am already at too high a pressure when I form a seal, I go in about 50% erect and then pump from there.

I will be continuing with Low-Pressure Pumping for the next two weeks leading up to my measurement day on the 15th and see what gains I make. Thanks to Bacheelor and Acromegaly for all the research and testing on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words], looking forward to applying this theory to my own PE.

Great workout, your EQ will tell you if its 17,5 or 18 or 18,5. Try one level for lets say 2 days, that should be enough to notice where you have your best EQ cause thats also your best GROWTH ZONE believe me it is.

Edit: My bet is still on 17,5 but i guess we´ll know in a few days.

Sure bro. My method was to use the memory foam that came with the device (place it directly below the head of the penis), then wrap the outside of the memory foam with a cut strip of self-adhesive [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] wrap (about 16" in length). Wrap it to the point that it is just slightly snug but not super tight. Then I strapped in using the comfort strap, you can also use the velcro method with this wrap and it will work fine too. Using this method, I could apply far less tension without slipping at all; which allowed me to get to 2-hour stretching sessions.
 
The last 2 days, I have been pumping to about 18.5 without getting any noticeable fluid retention and no impact to my EQ. However, I am not thrilled with the level of expansion I am getting at that pressure. I think I need to have longer sessions at the lower pressure levels. I am going to start trying to work my way up to longer sessions a little bit at a time and see if that helps at all.

Thanks for the suggestion, I just have a feeling that my base my my penis will be too thick for the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. It's 6inches thick at the base of my penis.

So my current workout is as follows:

4x6 Minutes @ 18.5
Super Sets between Jelqs/SSJ's
Warm Down

Yep TIME is the key component when dealing with low pressure, but hey who cares it does the job.

Yep thats also what i wrote in my log, the tunica feels stretched like never before. Cool feeling that you wont get with high pressure pumping.

That is exactly what it would take, tests before use and then tests after a certain amount of time to see if there is a spike.

So I have been consistent in my training, and pumping at much lower pressure then before. 2 on, 1 off training schedule. Measurements will happen at the end of this week but I am traveling again and without my pump.... but I did bring my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] with me. So I will be extending and doing manual training all week this week.

Gonna try to get some serious hours in on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], and going to experiment with trying to do expressive stretching with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] as well (attaching low on the shaft and seeing if I can get a good internal stretch like that). We'll see if anything good comes of it.

I haven't updated in a good couple days here, so I needed to get a post in on the progress thread.

I have been keeping the same pumping schedule, 5 days a week right now (3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off)
I have also picked up the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] schedule a good bit as well, the purchase of the silicone sleeves have made stretching in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] even more comfortable for me so I have been spending a lot more time in the device.

I noticed this week when I went to do measurements that my EQ was definitely not up to par, due to this PI I am going to step down my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] training a notch. I will be moving to 4 days a week and back to 3x5 sessions in accordance with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] program. I will also be taking 48-72 hours off from pumping to get my EQ back up to par.

Hey brother, take a look at Voorhees progress thread and my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] update thread, we both have a picture of how we are doing it on there. Velcro + Silicone is the way to go, I can stretch for hours like that.
 
Well, it was time for measurements again. I have to say that I am not thrilled with the girth progress I made, but progress is progress and I will have to keep at it. The hope was to hit 6" in girth before my wife and I go on vacation here in a few weeks. Unless I have some crazy growth in the next 2 weeks, that's not gonna happen. I am going to make some adjustments to my girth routine as I was making more progress with the simpler 5x5x3 routine and with standard jelqs instead of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s. It also seems that [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s are a cause of Fluid Retention for me, not sure why but I know it to be true based on my travel last week. Was doing manual PE and all I did was stretches and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s and I had fluid retention. So I am going to either tone those down significantly or use a standard jelq.

The measurement changes:

EG 5.5" -> 5.6"
NBPEL 8.6" -> 8.7" (I am actually 9" BPEL, not sure if that qualifies me for the 9 inch club or not ;) )

At this rate it will only be 4 months till I hit the 6" goal, and then I will need to cement it by going beyond to 6.5" for a while. I may only have 1 more year of real work left to hit my long term goals and then I can move to a maintenance routine and focus on other aspects of PE (orgasm control, intensity, [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] etc.)

I am going to make some adjustments to my girth routine as I was making more progress with the simpler 5x5x3 routine and with standard jelqs instead of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s. It also seems that [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s are a cause of Fluid Retention for me, not sure why but I know it to be true based on my travel last week. Was doing manual PE and all I did was stretches and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s and I had fluid retention. So I am going to either tone those down significantly or use a standard jelq.

The measurement changes:

EG 5.5" -> 5.6"
NBPEL 8.6" -> 8.7" (I am actually 9" BPEL, not sure if that qualifies me for the 9 inch club or not ;) )

At this rate it will only be 4 months till I hit the 6" goal, and then I will need to cement it by going beyond to 6.5" for a while. I may only have 1 more year of real work left to hit my long term goals and then I can move to a maintenance routine and focus on other aspects of PE (orgasm control, intensity, [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] etc.)

Progress is progress but I feel you on wanting to make your goals. I have never heard of anyone getting fluid retention from SlowSquashJelqs so I am a bit taken back. Maybe the intensity you are using? Not sure and I wish I could advise but as I said, this is something I have not encountered. I hear it occasionally with the 5x5x3 routine but I chalk that up to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words]. Maybe you should give the standard jelq a shot for awhile. Anyway, congratulations on the gains you did make.
