I have done pe in the past, and have made some gains. how much not really sure. That is why I am going to log my work outs, and commit to the pe contract.

I am currently at 6.75 bpel, and 4..75 eg.
my short term goal is 7X5
How quick can I reach this?
Any ways I am starting the DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words], and build a solid foundation.
As I get more proficient I want to do constriction exercises.
I am really digging having a hottub in my room to do warmups in.
104 degrees really does the trick in getting the blood flowing, and the penis loose like a goose.

I have officially started 5-13-04, and I have completed 2 days of Penis Enlargement.
for the first time ever I have a blister or something on my dick underneath the skin, but using the hot tub it is gone. I then did my pc muscle exercises. I think I can finally feel the reverse kegal part. As my pc muscle gets stronger, I can contract it farther, and so there is more to reverse kegal.

all while in the hot tub. :)

just updating my progress.
I did the full routine yesterday.
I did my pc work before my jelqs.
The only thing I didn't do was cool down in the hot tub.

I have a question, wouldn't I measure my bone pressed flaccid length, in the same area I measure my bpel? If so I measure from the side, or almost from the side. I notice a big difference from the top of the penis, as oppose to measuring almost from the side, but not quite. This tells me that in some postions I can get my full 7+ inches in a girl, and in other postions its just 6.75 inches she will feel. Not going to let it discourage me. I will keep it up. i already see the affects in my flaccid, and the doughtnut happening. Hopefully that goes away.

I measure from the direct center of my penis on the topside to the tip. I do this for either FSBP or BPenis Enlargement. This is my smallest mesurement and sometimes I really want to measure differently. As a matter of fact sometimes I make a mistake and I will look down at the ruler and I will be up .25" overnight but I quickly realize the ruler is a bit off center. I like measuring at my smallest point, it squashes any room for error.

Soreness, for some guys, never really goes away. It really depends on how often you train, the rate your body recovers amoung other things. By the time 24 hours is up for me and I am starting the next days routine I am sometimes slightly sore from the day before.
