I thought I would try and clamp all day but have it on very light.

Went to work. after 15 minutes of having it on I was getting this stinging sensation. I ran to the bathroom dropped my pants and beheld my penis turning so very weird colors. I quickly took of the bandage and had this huge bubble on the shaft of my penis. It went away in a few hours,but I scared me nevertheless.

Yes I am ok, The other day while I was doing some isolated compression squeezes I came while doing it. even though I kegaled really hard not not to expel the cum, I still orgasmed. I had this weird bubble on my shaft, which is gone also.
 
Tried a new exercise. I am not sure what it is called, but as I was clamped I would grab my erect dick and do erect helicopter twirls but slow, and controlled, and my girth exploded to almost 6 inches today. Some times grabbing the head, and some times holding the base.

I need it to be thick enough where I can get the right constriction. I was able to adjust after about 15 minutes, and start a good session.
I did some Ulis
I also do ulis up/down my shaft. This tends to make the shaft above the manual constriction put under pressure,but i felt it build as I moved up the shaft.
I did 2 1 minute book smashes. Man these scare me.

I don't really count my reps. My goals is expansion.
As I did some bend, heft, and right. Mostly right trying to correct a curve.
I thought what if I bent it in all directions?
So I grabbed my head with one hand, and took an OK grip with the other.
I started close to the base, and did a little 360 crank. The pressure, and feeling was unbelieveable. I did these very slowly because I knew I could hurt myself.
I alternated my other from my head, to my clamp (base)
I wasn't doing these longs after a few monitoring measures was telling I was exploding!
I am calling these "Fulcrum whips" for now, unless this already an exercise, then i will just call myself an ass, and move on.lol
before the Girth Attack fulcrum whips I was 5 1/4-5 3/8th
During the Fulcrum whips I went to 5.5 almost immediately, then like 10 minutes later maybe sooner. It happened very fast. I was at 5.75! Toward the end of the 40 minute session I was starting to go past 5.75!
I got so excited I started to come,but I pressed in my pc muscle, and did some quick deep breathing. I came a little bit, released my grip, got hit with another wave of orgasm, closed the pc muscle again, and by this time I was limp, but still engorged.
I finished with 20 minutes of jelqing and stroking.

If it wasn't for Alloy suggesting to try a different exercise. I am not sure I would do the GA Fulcrum Whips", Which mine was the book smashing, but I decided to further experiment, and thats how I came accross the "Girth Attack Fulcrum Whips", or some other known name.

Post session I had a 5 2/3 flaccid girth.
Through out the night I would wake up with hard ons, and I could tell they were fatter.

Conclusion book smashing is what is exploding my girth. I am going to do them in the beginning of my routine, and raise the number that I do. I go to 6 inch girth by the end of my session. If I can keep 6 longer, should expand more, allowing me for better gains.
Routine is every other day.
 
How much of the 6" would you say is fluid? Either way, being able to feel a 6er is fucking sweet. I'm glad you started doing the book smashing thing, is that for your hoomework assingment? I can't wait til some dudes see your expansion with the fulcrum whips and book smashers - I think we might need to come up with a custom Iwant8x6 routine and sell it for hundreds.

I was having issues with the clamp. more like the padding. I think I may have to go to a small clamp with less padding.
I find it crucial to have a good clamped state to get the 5.5+ engorgement

In between the book smashes I usually do a lot of fulcrum whips, and squeezes, but I didn't that many this routine. I wanted to see if I did mostly book smashes how much
more expansion I got. I see that for me book smashes are working better when I have done lots of fulcrum whips, and squeezes prior, and during.
So I will be sure to to start logging number of exercises and reps I do.

What I did not record was my sets of the different squeezes, and also I did not include in areas where I did squeezes. My goal was to increase expansion.

You may want to dumb those numbers down a little bit, for our sake and yours. Maybe an update every 5-10 minutes or so, to keep you from losing steam during your workouts and for us to be able to read it a little better.

When you say 8 hours later you have a 5" girth, is that flaccid? I would think, since you are 5+ erect right now, correct?

I think your one on one off routine is doing you a lot of good, you seem to be getting really good results. You seem to have found a niche in your routine you really like, that's awesome. I can't wait to see you do a cold measurement, I'm cheering for you!

Good routine. The numbers don't bother me, but then again, my dad is an engineer and I'm a perfectionist. . . rofl Personally, I like more detail. It is better than some of the logs that I've seen (no names, please) that just give measurements. . .

My girth is looking good, I think I am making some gains. Just need to solidify them.

I noticed it was harder to get erection after that. I also learned that my clamp was too tight at times to regain erection back quickly. As soon as I lessened it a click, my erection popped right back up.

Or you could check out logs like mine that include whether or not my fingernails are growing, what channel I'm watching on the tv, me being sentimental about my penis....

And just for HOOSYODADDI, use a stopwatch sometime and get it down to one hundreths of a second. Or just measurements.

I know its been a while. I have been busy with work, threw a huge party. I have been emotionally drained for quite some time. I was really hoping that this girl I liked would have shown up to the party, but she didn't. I have come to terms I got played HARD, but its still hasn't made the pain go away. It put a srimp into everything I did. I stopped exercising pe, and bodybuilding, and just worked, and slept. I am trying to get myself together again, but its not easy. The good news is that I have actually gained some length, and some girth. I think I am 5 solid now in girth, and 7 5/8th in EBPL. I think I am going to scale back my routine. Start out basic, and just build from there. I will keep everyone dated.
 
It's ok to take a break now and then. Burnout is real. As long as you make sure to affirm your goals, you'll start back up again without difficulties. I got burned out on Penis Enlargement this last week and was just too damned tired and uninterested to make my sessions happen. And let's address one of the "real" reasons: I had measured my BPenis EnlargementL and it was exactly the same as over a month ago. How depressing - and yet how normal. I hopped back on the wagon yesterday and made sure to get my work done in the morning when I was rested. Getting turned down can be a motivation killer. Emotional and mental outlook definitely play major roles in any exercise program.

Take your break. Reaffirm your goals. Start back up.

Iwant8X6, These are the 2 things that will release you from the pain you are going through. When I am down the last thing I want to do is exercise but if I am successful at pushing through this apathy I feel so much better after I am through.

I am happy you made some length gains, there is always a little bit of good in a bad situation. You have already come so far and as tough as shit is now you can feel blessed about this.

Girls, girls, girls, the root of all evil. Don't allow a girl to get in the way of your self-improvement, you are a very good man and you deserve these gains.
