Ok its been 12 hours since my last confess, I mean workout, and I am sitting with a 5 inch girth Flaccid hang!! Well I was until I just measured. My routine was thus yesterday.
Warm up with electric blanket really good.
I had problems with my clamp, and staying hard, but after playing around with a few different [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] wraps.It seems that the wraps provide some thickness when I am using medium clamps. I need it to be thick enough where I can get the right constriction. I was able to adjust after about 15 minutes, and start a good session.
I did some Ulis
I also do ulis up/down my shaft. This tends to make the shaft above the manual constriction put under pressure,but i felt it build as I moved up the shaft.
I did 2 1 minute book smashes. Man these scare me.

I don't really count my reps. My goals is expansion.
As I did some bend, heft, and right. Mostly right trying to correct a curve.
I thought what if I bent it in all directions?
So I grabbed my head with one hand, and took an OK grip with the other.
I started close to the base, and did a little 360 crank. The pressure, and feeling was unbelieveable. I did these very slowly because I knew I could hurt myself.
I alternated my other from my head, to my clamp (base)
I wasn't doing these longs after a few monitoring measures was telling I was exploding!
I am calling these "Fulcrum whips" for now, unless this already an exercise, then i will just call myself an ass, and move on.lol
before the Girth Attack fulcrum whips I was 5 1/4-5 3/8th
During the Fulcrum whips I went to 5.5 almost immediately, then like 10 minutes later maybe sooner. It happened very fast. I was at 5.75! Toward the end of the 40 minute session I was starting to go past 5.75!
I got so excited I started to come,but I pressed in my pc muscle, and did some quick deep breathing. I came a little bit, released my grip, got hit with another wave of orgasm, closed the pc muscle again, and by this time I was limp, but still engorged.
I finished with 20 minutes of jelqing and stroking.
If it wasn't for Alloy suggesting to try a different exercise. I am not sure I would do the GA Fulcrum Whips", Which mine was the book smashing, but I decided to further experiment, and thats how I came accross the "Girth Attack Fulcrum Whips", or some other known name.
Post session I had a 5 2/3 flaccid girth.
Through out the night I would wake up with hard ons, and I could tell they were fatter.
