I have been meaning to write this for a while , which as it states in the title is gonna be my ultimate guide to jelqing , some people may be doing jelqing and wondering if I am doing it right (we are all new at some point) and there is variations you can do to target what you specifically is length or girth, so you can switch it up for what your aiming for .this is my experience and what I have found out from jelqing that others may want to know, as it seems to be the cornerstone of P.E.
So lets get into it, jelqing can help give your length or girth gains , its a manual exercise which means no equipment is needed, now depending on your erection level when you are jelqing will depend more on what you are targeting, with a higher erection level you will be targeting girth more so, with a lower level erection you will be targeting more length , still girth but not as much as the more blood in the penis when you are jelqing the more you can expand.
Now there is normally two different ways people grip their penis when jelqing there is and underhand grip and and overhand grip , in my personal opinion I go overhand as I can get my hand even closer into my base to start the jelq which means a longer jelq technically as your reaching further in. it is up to you which grip you wish to use whichever your feel comfortable with and whichever you feel you are getting more of an exercise from.
When jelqing you dont want to go too fast , so a lot of people say each jelq should last 2-5 seconds obviously if your penis is longer or shorter this will vary, you will want a good lubricant to use on your shaft and you want though is a smooth gradual stroking motion down your shaft using your thumb and index finger ( or middle if you a girth boy)from your base to the top of your shaft, not <strong>Not including</strong> the head. As your hand reaches the end of the shaft you want to grip the base with your opposite hand and move up while letting go of your original hand, now you have completed a regular jelq.
Now if your doing jelqs for length make sure they are at a lower erection level 40-60% and follow the instructions so far and you should be good to go.
If you are wishing to target Girth more this is what I advise and I do myself to get more of an girth based jelqing session, I get myself erection around 60-80% I prefer to go for around 60 more so because if you get too high of an erection level I dont feel my dick is as manipulative, when you have attained your desired erection level I will grip the base and kegel once to fill the dick up more then start to jelq, as you are reaching the end of the shaft with your first hand grip the base with your second and start to move up a few centimetres and you should feel your shaft very full and engorged, as you are moving up remove the original hand and re grip it at the base as your other hand is reaching the top and move that one up a few cm like you did before while still gripping with the hand at the top of the shaft and repeat this. I tend to do 50 jelqs like this and regain my erection level grip the base, kegel then do another 50 till I hit my goal for the session , you should definitely feel like your penis is being a little stretched at least when doing this and it definitely targets the girth.
I hope this guide has helped anyone who is unsure of how to jelq , or how to jelq for what they specifically want.
