So quick question. With jelqing I know that after you do a couple hundred you are going to see some girth expansion which is usually just temporary. Does the same thing happen with length or if I am seeing a 1/2" length increase is that something more permanent? I didn't measure before jelqing only after so I don't know if the length was caused by that session or if it's something I have gained. Any thoughts?

You will experience this mostly in girth but some will find a difference in length, particularly in the difference between Flaccid stretched bone pressed and Bone pressed erect.
 
Question here. If I get 100% Erect during my Wet Jelqing sessions do I just keep going or do I stop until it's back down to its Semi Erect state again?

but still do not see any minimum gain, can i expect to see at least some gains or 1 mth is still not enough?

This is up to you, some like to grip with thumbs down while others, like myself, like to jelq thumbs up. Either way, be sure you are getting the best grip and holding as much blood in as possible....gains in jelqing are all about expansion!
 
when jelqing, once you get to the top with one hand, does your free hand start and then you let go with the first hand or do you let go with the first hand rightt before you start with the free hand

Yes, when the stroke reaches the top it lets go and in the same instance the other hand will continue the jelqing. The idea is to keep as much blood in the penis as possible while jelqing and squeezing the tissue into expansion. Keep the strokes consistent, strong and tight.

Doing two or more jelqing sessions is fine but you want each session to be expansive. I think it takes between 15 and 30 minutes of expansion for best girth gains. So if you dedicate say 30 minutes to girth each day I would suggest two sessions of 15 minutes, but no less. Question for you gentlemen. Ive started focusing on jelqing in the last week. It seems i am now having a hard time kegeling. The feeling is like when you cant fully flex your bicep to get a good buldge. I assume its some fatigue from adding jelqs. yesterday was day 5 and i did two 15 min straight jelq sessions.....Maybe that's a lil too much too early.

I normally feel kegels and can do 10 second holds all the time. Today i struggle to hold one for 5 seconds. Im positive it's fatigue from the shock of jelqing now. but just getting opinions.

A warm bath or heating pad. I'd use the heating pad too for warming up about 5-10 minutes.

Hey guys, I recently started to Jelq again after having a break from Penis Enlargement and it's been good so far, apart from the fact that I have to stop every now and again because I become fully erect and I do not wish to cause any damage.
I'm using moisturiser with vitamin E and evening primerose oil in it and it's seems pretty good.
It does seem to be a bit difficult, or so it seems, as I'm uncut and I tend to bunch a bit :P

If any uncut guys could give me some advice that would be awesome.

Both styles have their own merit, I suggest varying your style every other workout to get all the gains you can from each position.

I wrote this for the site for the newbie section then found this thread here ooops, instead of making a whole new thread , I hope it is cool if I add this on here of how I have mastered jelqing myself :) feel free to remove Dld if it is not needed , the post I wrote is below.

I have been meaning to write this for a while , which as it states in the title is gonna be my ultimate guide to jelqing , some people may be doing jelqing and wondering if I am doing it right (we are all new at some point) and there is variations you can do to target what you specifically is length or girth, so you can switch it up for what your aiming for .this is my experience and what I have found out from jelqing that others may want to know, as it seems to be the cornerstone of P.E.

So lets get into it, jelqing can help give your length or girth gains , its a manual exercise which means no equipment is needed, now depending on your erection level when you are jelqing will depend more on what you are targeting, with a higher erection level you will be targeting girth more so, with a lower level erection you will be targeting more length , still girth but not as much as the more blood in the penis when you are jelqing the more you can expand.

Now there is normally two different ways people grip their penis when jelqing there is and underhand grip and and overhand grip , in my personal opinion I go overhand as I can get my hand even closer into my base to start the jelq which means a longer jelq technically as your reaching further in. it is up to you which grip you wish to use whichever your feel comfortable with and whichever you feel you are getting more of an exercise from.

When jelqing you dont want to go too fast , so a lot of people say each jelq should last 2-5 seconds obviously if your penis is longer or shorter this will vary, you will want a good lubricant to use on your shaft and you want though is a smooth gradual stroking motion down your shaft using your thumb and index finger ( or middle if you a girth boy)from your base to the top of your shaft, not <strong>Not including</strong> the head. As your hand reaches the end of the shaft you want to grip the base with your opposite hand and move up while letting go of your original hand, now you have completed a regular jelq.

Now if your doing jelqs for length make sure they are at a lower erection level 40-60% and follow the instructions so far and you should be good to go.

If you are wishing to target Girth more this is what I advise and I do myself to get more of an girth based jelqing session, I get myself erection around 60-80% I prefer to go for around 60 more so because if you get too high of an erection level I dont feel my dick is as manipulative, when you have attained your desired erection level I will grip the base and kegel once to fill the dick up more then start to jelq, as you are reaching the end of the shaft with your first hand grip the base with your second and start to move up a few centimetres and you should feel your shaft very full and engorged, as you are moving up remove the original hand and re grip it at the base as your other hand is reaching the top and move that one up a few cm like you did before while still gripping with the hand at the top of the shaft and repeat this. I tend to do 50 jelqs like this and regain my erection level grip the base, kegel then do another 50 till I hit my goal for the session , you should definitely feel like your penis is being a little stretched at least when doing this and it definitely targets the girth.

I hope this guide has helped anyone who is unsure of how to jelq , or how to jelq for what they specifically want.

I did also want to a video illustrating this which I may work on later in the week if I am brave enough to show yall my own dick :D .

You could open a Youtube account, upload the video, do the subtitles, download the video and then upload the edited video to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]. yeah this was also one of my options , just scared of showing off my dick a little haha , hopefully my camera is decent enough so quality is watchable .

Redzulu, just curious why u mention that it is dangerous to Jelq fully erect?

i would say i usually do wet jelq almost fully erect, more like 85-90%. i just get amazing engorgement in the upper shaft and glans this way.

could it be damaging to the veins because i see them shifting and transferring blood when i jelq up? or what did u have in mind? thanks

Excellent vision! I dont know why I typed that ?:( You should do it with a high quality erection. I will edit the thread to reflect that. Perhaps back then I was playing it safe incase members harmed themselves at too high an erection? but for sure I always did my jelqing fully hard. I still do wet jelqs, well have just started again past few weeks.

Also just crossed my mind, I saw some of your older progress pics recently and u have incredible base girth. I don't know your entire routine but I did come across that u clamp, jelq, pump, hang, although I'm not sure about [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] or anything else. Anyway...

The jelq is still the first thing men start with and understanding how to jelq properly is extremely important to a good PE foundation. There are much more powerful exercises than a jelq but people still start with it.
 
Even though we have more effective exercises nowadays, the standard jelq should be used as a fun way to get ready for girth work, or just on days off, simple penile health because your encouraging the erection with further strokes of fresh new blood.

When I do compression hanging with the male hanger, my glans absolutely blows up like a balloon. It gets fluid build up, because the hanging force is pressing down on the glans....

I was wondering if I need a more rigorous training method for girth, like doing the 5x5x5 bathmate routine with more pressure and SiliSleeves on in order to gain good girth and length at the same time.

Now that my SiliStretcher will arrive in a few days i’m thinking of doing a good girth routine after i’m done hanging. Hanging hours would be arouns 5 per day. And the bathmate girth routine like 30 minutes in the bathroom before going to bed.

Good call Red! Jelqing is a primary beginners exercise. It is meant to create us a solid structural foundation so you can go on to take on more demanding exercises. The routine that Red posted is simply the best way to grow girth and it’s so simple to do. Doing the 5×5×3 for the same amount of time that you would do jelqing will bring gains at light speed!
 
I still find to this day, even with all the new exercises around, that I keep going back to the standard jelq for basic health of my penis. A few jelqs now and then does wonders for your erection quality.

Using the standard wet jelq between pumping sets helps to keep the fluid retention, and discoloration at bay.

I kept great track of my progress and jelqing never brought the gains I desired. I spent more than a year trying to gain girth only to end up with 1/2 inch. This is the reason that I invented the SlowSquashJelq, it created many times the intensity and expansion. The SSJ is also a solid component to the SRT routine. I highly recommend checking out this exercise over the jelq.

And when the SSJ is combined with the Mityvac in the SRT 5×5×3 there is nothing that can bring this kind of growth and expansion as quickly as this exercise.
