millionman, thanks bro. I haven't been doing length mainly because I just don't have the time to hang. This summer I'm going to try to work on length as well as girth. I only have about .75" EL to go for my goal (8") though, so that should be easy. I gain length much more quickly than girth. Haven't seen you on AIM in a while man.

philadelph, hopefully you're right. Otherwise how will I beat you to 6"? :D

So I've been really busy since the last update, so it's been nothing but rest days. Although I have been wearing my cockring during the day. Tomorrow I should definitely have time for a good session.

I finally did a session tonight. The V seemed to work better than usual so I had kind of a hard time getting it to plump, but I could definitely feel some intense internal stretching going on, so I was satisfied with the session. I didn't quite get up to 5.5" EG.

On another note, some of you may have read in the BB forum that I started lifting weights last week. I'm going to start keeping a log for that in thiis thread also. I'm 5'10'' and last Thursday I weighed in at 179 lbs. I have a little bit of bodyfat to lose but not much at all. I naturally have a big butt and legs, so that accounts for me weighing so much (I don't look like I weigh that much). I'm at 181 lbs as of today, and that's after some fat loss too, so I'm heading in the right direction.

Anyway, I can tell I've been losing a bit of fat because my abs are starting to show. My diet is clean, and I try to eat 5-6 times per day including whey shakes. I'd say on an average day I get about 200-220g of protein. I don't have any bodybuilding goals, and I'm not doing bodybuilding type exercises. What I'm doing is more like powerlifting (although right now I'm too weak to say I'm doing powerlifting :D). Of course I'd like to put on some mass too, but not like those PLers in the open class. I'm going to stay as lean as I can. After talking to several people here and elsewhere, and reading as much as I can on beginner-type workouts, here is what I'm doing for now. Don't laugh at the weights.

Bench:
80 lbs 5x5

Lat Pulldown:
130 lbs 5x5

Military press:
40 lbs :s 5x5 (was doing dumbbells but I tried the barbell today. I could have done more weight but I wanted to feel it out first)

Squats:
140 lbs 5x5

Abs:
2x10 situps on a deep decline...ouch!

I don't think my gym allows deadlifting!?! At least I don't see a place to do it that won't be in everyone's way. I'll ask but I have a feeling. Anyone know of something decent to replace for deadlifts? Maybe I should just do them anyway and screw 'em. :D

No split routines or anything like that until I get a good base of strength. I'll be doing this 3 days per week (M,W,F) for a few weeks, then I'll figure out my 1RM so I can get started on a real program. On T,TH,S I'll be running. Right now I'm recovering from a stress fracture in my shin so I'm going easy on the running, just 20 minutes on the treadmill. Once my shin heals up more I'll take it to the road again.

Started last Thursday (similar reps/sets) with 70 lb bench, 110 lb pulldown, 30 lb dumbbell military press, and 80 lb squat :s. After Thursday's workout I could barely walk Friday and Saturday, so my squats have already improved a lot. I know this is more due to me getting used to the movement than actual strength gain.

Any advice is welcome, but please don't tell me to do bicep curls (or other "pump you up" moves). I won't do it. ;)

I think you should include some chin-ups. They are really great for the back and will build the arms. Plus they are more fun that bicep curls. You can vary how wide you put your arms.

I guess you could say that you are already doing this movement with lat pulldowns, but I feel something extra from real chin-ups/pull-ups. Also, the lats are the largest muscle in your body, so they can take the extra workload.

True. I'll have to give the chinup bar a good beating. I actually have one in my apartment but at the gym I can add weight as needed. Also it was getting a little hard to stay seated when doing the pulldowns, and I guess it was because the weight of the stack was approaching my bodyweight. :D

Haha sorry for the double post. The site was messed up while I was posting this.

Yesterday: dry jelqs and 20 minutes on a treadmill. No post-pics for either one. :D

Today: rest day...too much to read and study and learn, musically. I had a fun day.

Tomorrow: Starting a split routine at the gym. Full body workouts 3 times a week are killing me already, not enough recovery. I'll also get in a good girth session.

On another note, I'm back into FR. I was going to be using the DIY weighted cone that SWM came up with a while back, but I've decided my skin is way to sensitive to use any adhesive (sheer bandaids even hurt like crap), so I ordered a Cat II RO. Looking forward to it. I don't think I'll be doing any FR other than manual until I get the CAT.

I have found the holy grail of girth work. INTENSITY!!!!!

I thought I had been intense with my sessions, but today I found out otherwise. I remembered how hard DLD stretches and squeezes in his paysite videos. The man's arms are literally shaking with the effort. I decided to try this approach during the whole workout today, and I got up to 5 7/8" post-workout EG!!! This is the biggest I've ever gotten by a long shot and it was after only half an hour of squeezing.

I focused on what I consider my "big 3" of girth exercises: [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s, Isolated Compression Squeezes (done at 100% erection instead of 80%), and Still's Neckbreakers. These seem to have the biggest effect on me. I also did a few DLD bends and a few horse squeezes. I did end up with one small broken blood vessel in the head and a slightly larger one on the shaft, but I consider this a very small price to pay for getting NEARLY DOUBLE the extra pump I normally get. Next time you do a girth session, make it as intense as you can handle! I promise you'll be glad.

No FR until I get my CAT II RO. I have a small tear on the shaft skin from taping. So yeah, my penis looks like it's been in a war. But he's Cyclops, he can handle a little mutilation. :D

I'm starting a split routine at the gym next week. I went to the gym today since I skipped yesterday, and just did an upper body workout. I didn't write down the weights or sets/reps. My new routine is something I got from http://www.fortifiediron.com. It's their "Beginning Powerlifting" routine. Here's what I'll be doing starting Monday:

The is a basic routine that has a 3 set, 6 rep layout for all the worksets, unless otherwise noted.

MONDAY:
Bench Press - pyramid
skull crushers***
close grip bench***
*
TUE:
Squat*********
good mornings
glut ham raises
calf riases
*
WED:
*military press*******
*shoulder shrugs*****
*cleans*****
*
THUR:*
*deadlifts***************
*Reverse hypers BWx10, 10lbs 10x2
*bent over row*********
*
off day
Farmer Walks
Heavy Wrist Rollers
Wrist Extensions

Looks like fun. rofl

I will probably substitute other things for the "off day" stuff. Captains of Crush grippers (very close to closing the #2), nail bending, pinch grip stuff. I love grip training.

Hey cyc, you might want to be careful with the intensity....doing a stretch at maximum intensity is one thing, but compressing your engorged shaft is an entirely different issue. I'm not telling you anything you don't already know. I do short girth sessions and make sure I am fully engorged doing a rotation of at least two exercises....I never got a hang of the neck breakers, what's the best way to do it???

The Split routine looks good...

Yeah I took that into consideration, but I figured why not. I'm in tune enough with my body/penis to know if I've pushed myself further than I should have, and if it worked I had a feeling it would work really well. And it did.

Of course I should make the disclaimer to be VERY careful when trying your session at a high level of intensity, you do it at your own risk. This is NOT for newbies or people new to very intense girth work. Etc.

For the Neckbreakers, as I understand it, it's basically a Horse Squeeze, and then you twist it so the whole shaft twists. I can only turn mine about 1/4 turn. You'll feel it all along one side of your shaft like that side is about to split open :D. Pretty intense.

About the split routine: cool, I was going to run it by you the next time we chatted, but I was pretty sure it was a solid routine. Tomorrow I'm going to Home Depot to get some steel to bend.

Hey man I dunno if you're really into grip training or not (I assume you're at least familiar with it since you seem to like Ironmind), but have you checked out The GripBoard? Some amazing people there, I think like 80% of the Red Nail benders are there (recently two guys had a 100 red bend-off!! :O ), and some sweet videos, like this one guy rolling up a frying pan with just his hands and his thigh. Sick!!

Took today off from Penis Enlargement to let the old man heal after yesterday's thrashing. I'll probably do 1 on 1 off for a bit to get used to this new intensity.

Got eight 4-foot pieces of 3/16" hot rolled steel today from Home Depot. Don't buy steel from Home Depot, it's a total ripoff. It was like $2.47 per 4-foot piece. Next time I order steel I'm getting it from www.onlinemetals.com which I just found. Much cheaper.

Anyway I cut several pieces just to see what I could do. I blasted through two 7" pieces as a warm-up, then did a 6.5" piece and a 6" piece (equivalent to an Ironmind WHITE nail, which is the lowest grade they sell). A little while later I did two 5" pieces just to see if I could. These were fairly tough. They're about equal to the IM GREEN nails. This size will probably be my working size for a while.

I'm also going to get some 1/4" stock from onlinemetals.com so I can work toward 1/4" x 7" whiich is the IM YELLOW nail, then 1/4" x 6" which is the IM BLUE (second toughest). After that it's 60-penny nails, 1/4" square stock, grade 5 bolts, then one day (read: few years) maybe the Ironmind RED. Maybe. Only 20 people have been certified as having bent the RED.

Sometime this week I'm going to make a PVC Blob to practice pinch and support grip with. Instead of explaining what it is, I'll just put up some pics once I make it. This is gonna be fun. rofl

Here's the stuff I bent today, easiest on the left, hardest on the right.

Yeah I'm a huge fan of grip training. I've been into it pretty heavy before, but I've been on a break from lifting at all for the last month. I'm just relaxing and enjoying life, but I'm getting ready to go back into it and change the entire look I have right now.

I would personally get very well acquainted with CC grippers and then try nail and steel bending....you can do both, but it's pretty harsh. Most of the books on grip training say that you should focus on one area for a time and grow from one strength and then move into other areas like pinch grip and so on. That's how I did it when I was working on closing strength, then I moved to pinch, and that was a difficult transition.

Yeah RED, and the thing is, I always thought I was going pretty intense. I think most people don't realize how intense you really have to be. Now I see why SWM takes caffeine before he does his girth sessions! :D

Yeah I've been working with the grippers for a few months now (although I haven't been completely consistent, which would explain why I haven't closed the #2), so I think I'm ready to tackle some other stuff. I have too much fun doing this stuff to not let meself try other things :D. Grip training is more addicting than Penis Enlargement I think.

I want to grab a copy of Brookfield's "Mastery of Hand Strength." John Brookfield is my hero. If my hands get half as strong as his, I'll be a happy man.

No pic today. Unfortunately the battery in my camera was dead and I didn't know in time. Oh well.

I got up to about 5.75" this time. My hands were a little tired from the grip wourkout I did earlier. Same deal, I focused on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s, Iso Comp Squeezes, and Still's Neckbreakers. Pretty good session. I think I might have to move up a cockring size fairly soon, which is a GREAT sign. I have a feeling I'll be making some crazy girth gains in the near future with this new intensity. Philadelph, you betta watch out, Granny!

I didn't go to the gym today because of the marathon. It's nearly impossible to get anywhere in this part of town on marathon day. Oh well, I'll just move this week's training schedule by one day so I don't skip anything.

My grip session today was good. Did a few reps with the CoC #1 for a warmup, then closed the #1 for reps with each hand, a few sets. Understand, closing any CoC gripper (except maybe the lower leveled ones, which I don't have) for reps is tiring. I then tried to close the #2, and got about 1/2-1/4" from a close. I tried this several times until my hands/forearms were really fried. Then I took the #1 again and did as many reps as I could manage. I guess this is what you call VOLUME TRAINING. :D After that I used some dexterity balls for recovery. I need some bigger ones soon.

I think tomorrow I'll tackle the steel rods again. Depends on how my hands feel. I might do pinch work instead. For right now I'm using a cinder block until I can get/make something better.
