cockring size fairly soon, which is a GREAT sign. I have a feeling I'll be making some crazy girth gains in the near future with this new intensity. Philadelph, you betta watch out, Granny!
I didn't go to the gym today because of the marathon. It's nearly impossible to get anywhere in this part of town on marathon day. Oh well, I'll just move this week's training schedule by one day so I don't skip anything.
My grip session today was good. Did a few reps with the CoC #1 for a warmup, then closed the #1 for reps with each hand, a few sets. Understand, closing any CoC gripper (except maybe the lower leveled ones, which I don't have) for reps is tiring. I then tried to close the #2, and got about 1/2-1/4" from a close. I tried this several times until my hands/forearms were really fried. Then I took the #1 again and did as many reps as I could manage. I guess this is what you call VOLUME TRAINING.
After that I used some dexterity balls for recovery. I need some bigger ones soon.
I think tomorrow I'll tackle the steel rods again. Depends on how my hands feel. I might do pinch work instead. For right now I'm using a cinder block until I can get/make something better.
