Dude, how do you keep one of those things on all day. Yeah it's just a hair under 1 3/8.

Million, the cockring doesn't keep me in a constant semi or anything. I use my smaller ring for ADC though, it's about 1.25" so it doesn't fall off while I'm flaccid. Whenever I do get a semi though, it stays a lot longer than usual, but more often than not when I have the ring on, a semi will turn into a full erection, and will stay that way for a good bit. So it's like doing a mini constrictor session every time I get a boner, just no squeezes. The problem with that is, sometimes I have to walk with my hand in my pocket to hold it down so nobody notices I'm walking around with a big ol' woody. lol

Yeah, I wonder how many times the guy who came up to you has ever done a set of squats...cause it looks nothing like a good morning...that amazes me, that's one of the first exercises I ever learned....I use to work with oly lifting coaches and this is one of the first lifts you learn....and it's a good one to start with as a base to any program...especially one involving heavy resistance to the posterior chain as this hits it all in one movement....

So you get a few man points back for doing man lifts....so you're a little less of a pansy now....but you'll probably do something fruity again and you'll be back where you started.....ok cupcake???

Oh, and that guy was doing everything BUT squats. Leg press, leg extensions, even the "squat machine". But no squats. :D

I am doing no length work until late August when I will start hanging with my bib starter.

I definitely get a bit of fluid build up, but if I edge with my 1.5 inch ring on for a good 15 minutes after the session I find this helps prevent the "donut" effect, and leaves me with a harder less "fluidy" dick.

No length work at all for right now. I might start some this summer, depending on upcoming girth gains. Girth is my main focus right now, any extra length I get I just look at as a bonus.

Not a whole lot of fluid buildup, but I've never had any problems with fluid so far.
 
I was trying to figure out how in the world you guys are getting to ove 6" expansion without fluid buildup. I'm at 5.5 and I barely touch a bit over 5.75" so in my head I'm trying to figure out how in the world to get over 6" post workout, unless I'm measuring too tightly. I've never been able to get a good girth measurement, even normally, so I kind of just go where the tape is at the time I measure regardless of erection. Ohh well. Maybe you guys should help a brother out. HAHA....
 
I'm back in Boston and back in Penis Enlargement. I wore a cockring more often than not while I was home so I'm not worried about any losses. But it turns out I left both of my cockrings back home, so I'll have to order a new ALCHEMY ring and go to Eros Boutique here in Boston for the 1.25" chrome ring that I use for ADC. Oh well. I guess it's the cable clamp until then.

I took nearly two weeks off from the gym too, because there aren't any decent gyms in my hometown that I could use short-term, but I think it was good for me. I felt much stronger today when I went. Of course, I'm sure I'll be pretty sore tomorrow. :D

Way to get back in the gym CYC. How do you like the swiss ball crunches? I could give you an ab routine that will leave you sore for three or four days (that's what happened when I did it the first time and didn't do the whole workout just did 2 sets of the superset). It was brutal friend, I can tell you that. It hurt a bit to breathe, not too bad but couldn't really take deep deep breaths cause I thought my abs we're going to explode, but it's a great program and it's a challenge. Let me know if you're up to it.

Be careful man, I did a hard session after only doing light ones or none, and ended up with some large purple bruises that haven't gone away yet.

Finally did a girth session today. No generic V, no measuring, no pics. It was an easy session, and I'll probably do it like this for a week or so to ease back into it.

Tried Tabata squats today, with a 35 lb kettlebell. 8 sets, 20 seconds each, with 10 seconds rest between each. OUCH!!
 
I've been super busy. Unfortunately this has been at the expense of any Penis Enlargement whatsoever. This next week or so shouldn't be as bad so hopefully I'll be able to get back into it.

I added in power cleans in place of bench press on Mondays. So my new Monday workout looks like this:

I thought about doing squats, and I was going to try front squats today but couldn't hold the bar right. I think next week I'll add in 5x5 Back Squats. I'm not sure what Thursday and Friday will look like yet. Any suggestions? I know I'll include push presses and incline bench, maybe weighted dips for Thursday.

Tomorrow I'm going to try to find time to make a sandbag to do GPP in my apartment. Or I might just get lazy instead and hit the treadmill for 20 minutes. :D
 
Today I tried 20 rep squats. These things will put some hair on your chest. :D Here's the thing, for anyone not familiar with the concept. You pick a weight you'd normally do 10 reps with (10RM or close to it) and do a set of 20 reps. Sounds ridiculous, right? How could a guy do 20 reps with his 10RM? You take breaks between reps as needed. You stand there with the bar still on your back and take a few big breaths, then continue. I did a few warmup sets, then tried 205 lbs for 20 reps. It was too easy, so I waited a few minutes and went again with 225. I made noises like an astHydromaxatic sumo wrestler. I definitely got some weird looks from the people on the machines. :D I was too spent after this so I just did some curls, calf raises, and abs.

So my workout was:

Squats:

20x205
20x225

Barbell Curls:

5x5 with 95 (3 sets regular and 2 reverse)

Seated calf raises:

5x5 with 170

Decline situps:

3x8 w/ 25

Side Bends:

3x8 w/ 80

Yesterday I did bench press, bent rows and some other stuff, but I don't feel like finding my journal. I do remember the bench press was 5x5 with 185 lbs.

EDIT: I'm actually going to do some Penis Enlargement tomorrow. 'S about time!!

I could have told you that 20 rep squats would come close to killing you. I did them back when I was a frosh in HS and I gained a solid 15 lbs, but it was hard work, and i eventually got to where I was using 350 + usually but that was right around the time I had to stop because football season was starting up around that time.

I'm starting on a program that I've had for a while that was written by a good friend of mine and it's a power program and I'm looking forward to it. Good luck with the workouts CYC and keep plugging away with the 20 rep squats they're hard work but worth it. If you do keep up with it, I will never ever call you a pansy again, YOU PANSY!!!

wait a minute, r your weights in pounds or kilogrammes? 195ibs is just under 90kg. If thats the case u really r a pansy and i am stronger than u, ner-ner-na-ner-ner. I'm playin. What's worked for me is the pyramid sets i.e. 12,10,8,6. Now I got sum initial strength, i'm goin heavy to start with, like 8,6,4 or sumthing. Apparently thats for size. Who wants strength wen u look like a henched out thug who nobody wud test huh? Keep up the trainin.

lol Nah it's pounds. Yeah I'm a pansy. I like lower reps because 1. helps with strength, 2. better for hypertrophy, 3. allows for more weight, etc. I'm trying to get bigger, but strength is just as important to me as size, if not more. Different strokes for different folks, I guess.

Plus I get sore as crap on high reps. :D
 
Mate 88Kg aint pansy. Most people start on about 40Kg and struggle to get to reps on 80Kg. True it all depends on natural build and time of training, but if you've worked up to this weight then thats all good! Keep up the training, and remember to vary your workouts every 4-6 weeks as your muscles with have a far greater response to new exercises. Laters.

Took a really long time because I was waiting for some guys to get out of the squat rack (at least they were doing squats, but half squats). PRs on military press and deadlifts. I was going to do power cleans but I think I'll leave the OLY lifts off of deadlift day. I'm not sure when I'll work in power cleans though, because I really like them. Any suggestions? Maybe my plan I was going to follow should be changed more than I thought?

One other thing. When I do military presses I seem to hit a nerve in my hand. After about 3 reps it hurts pretty bad, like a sharp pain in the middle of the base of my palm. Any ideas?
 
that happens to me on occasion, and it's all about bar placement. Once you get into the set you may allow your grip to alter just slightly and this is where the problem may be. IF you place the bar over the midline of your hand and squeeze through the entire set your grip should not change. Pavel Tsatsouline says you should squeeze the bar like you're trying to break it in half, or bend it. When I remember to do this I usually don't have problems, but sometimes you're a bit tired and aren't as focused so it can slip through a mental crack. I hope this helped.

You're making progress though, and that is something to be proud of.
