Maybe I'll be able to stick to this log this time. I'm going for girth again, I'll do length later. My plan is to keep a log here every single day, whether I do a routine that day or not. I don't want to commit myself to a strict schedule, but do it whenever I want to. If there's a day I just really don't feel like getting out the clamp or vaseline or whatever, I won't. No big deal, I think, just so long as I'm doing it more often than not. I never have a good routine anyway if I'm not into it that day.

The plan is to not stick to one type of workout. I'll do jelq sessions, clamp sessions, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s manual bends, whatever I feel like doing that day. Change it up. Throw in some length days, although the focus is girth.

Yesterday I did some standard constricor bends and squeezes, today is a rest day.
 
I think its a good plan to post every day. That way when I realize I'm not doing a good job I can be reminded. Should work well for you. GL and keep it up. :)
 
Tonight I did a long session of constrictors using a cockring. I didn't time it, which was nice for two reasons. One, because I didn't feel rushed to get a certain kind of pump within a set time (which I think can easily lead to injuries, and has in the past for me). Two, which is kind of the result of #1, I didn't feel restrained to stop after a certain amount of time. Once I got a good pump, I was done. I think this is how I'm going to approach all my Penis Enlargement workouts (except when I start hanging again), because it allows for much more freedom and is safer I think. I'm not sure exactly what my EG is normally, but I ended up at about 5 5/8", which looked and felt huge to me. My guess is I'm somewhere between 5" and 5.25" EG normally. I'll measure soon.
 
It would be BRILLIANT if you could come to Zululand and tell me about your constriction logs, like just post them and what you do etc. Need some inspiration there ATM cos alot are lazy
 
Rest Day. Turns out my EL is 5 1/8", about what I thought it would be. I think I'm shooting for 5.75-ish.
 
Ok so I'm going to try to remember to post an "after" pic after each girth workout I do so I can have a very detailed visual of my progress.

Tonight I did another untimed session in the ALCHEMY cockring. Post workout EG was 5.5". I'll be wearing a normal chrome ring to hold the pump for as long as I can. Last night I wore it while I was sleeping (all 4 hours :D) and had a decent pump when I woke up today.

DUDE!!! You need to trim the crop YO!!! LOL... Stay focused... using the ring is a great way to have consistently good sessions, no matter what mental state you're in, I just blow up as soon as I slip the 1.5 on... keep pressing towards the goal, never losing sight of where the final destination is...

Tonight I did a short session, wasn't really into it but I did end up at about 5.5 again. I did some manuals and then put the ring on for maybe 10 minutes or so.
 
Another cockring constrictor session today, untimed again. I really like using the cockring, but I think tomorrow I'm going to do something different. However, tonight I'm going to wear the ring while I sleep. My post workout pump was again slightly over 5.5".

Yeah I'll be trimming up pretty soon. I took a break from Penis Enlargement for a couple months and got lazy about shaving. :D

The keyboard is for all of the above. Practicing, recording, sequencing with Digital Performer, scoring film, etc. It's a Roland RD-170. Got it a few months ago from Musician's Friend for like $800, I think it's gone up to $1200 by now though, I can't believe I got it so cheap. It's one of the best digital pianos I've played under $2000, feels most like a piano, etc. Ok, I'm done gushing over my piano. lol
 
Unfortunately I was forced to take another rest day today because I was packing. I'm going home tomorrow for spring break, so I won't be on the board very much at all the next 10 days or so. I'll try to update this log when I can.
 
Well so far I haven't been doing any Penis Enlargement routines since I've been home, but I do wear the cockring pretty much all da, and being with my fiance that I haven't seen in 2 months while wearing the ring is giving me a pretty decent workout. :D

I should be getting my Silagra that I ordered through pupper/Kausion not too long after I get back to Boston next week. So I'm looking forward to some great girth gains in the near future.

I'm back in town now. I had a GREAT spring break last week. Anyway, today was a rest day because I'm still getting settled back in. Not to mention I just bought a nice shiny new "Lady Snowblood" [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] and had to watch it. :D Most of the week, however, I had my cockring on 24 hours, so I felt like I did a decent job of keeping up my girth work.
 
Yesterday I did 2 mini girth sessions. I wasn't really into the first one so I cut it short and decided to wait until later to finish. I got up to a little over 5.5" again, doing the same type of routine I've mostly been doing since I started this log. The thing I really noticed yesterday, however, was how big my base girth got. I measured it at 6.25 right above the ring near the end of the session!

How's the haircut? :D
 
I just recently purchased cockrings and their great! I haven't exercised with it on but, got an erection with it on and WOW...my erections was probably 110%. I never had one like that before.

My question is do you exercise with it on? I'm only working on girth. Is it okay do [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], other girth exercises, and width work with the cockring on. Yeah doing the squeezes and such with it on is great. It's constrictors.
 
Nice trim up by the way.... I've been using the ring for sessions, and I like it, but at the same time it's caused some bruising at the base. I have decided to mix it up a bit as opposed to sticking with that one method, I like variety I suppose. Cyc what do you think about adjustable rings???
 
I haven't used an adjustable ring before so I'm not sure. Definitely worth a try though.
 
Haven't updated in a while, but I've been busy. I was in New York City over the weekend, and since then I've been doing schoolwork almost nonstop. Anyway, I got my generic V in today, so I'll be trying it out this evening for my girth workout. I'll let you guys know.
 
OK. Silagra freakin' rocks. That was easily the best girth workout I've ever had. I actually got SORE, which hasn't happened in a long time. There wasn't a single time through the entire workout (about 40 minutes) that I needed to stop and re-stimulate myself. The post pump was about the same as I've been getting, 5.5", but it really felt like I had given the CCs a much better stretch. Thanks to pupper and Kausion for hooking me up, and to SWM for giving me the idea in the first place. I just wish I had gotten this stuff way sooner. I took 50mg today, but I'm going to try 25mg tomorrow because it almost felt like too much. Also I definitely got the nasal congestion side effect, but it went away not too long after. No big deal.

I had kind of a hard time getting soft enough to take the same type of "pumped" pic I usually take, so here's an erect shot right after my session.

25mg was perfect. I stayed hard the whole time but didn't have any problem getting it soft again afterward. I love this stuff! So my 50 pills should last me a LONG time since I'll be splitting them into 4 pieces. Probably 8-10 months or so. Not bad for about $80, eh?

About a month ago it was 5 1/8". I think I've made a gain since then, but I won't measure officially again until Thursday, which will be a month since my last measurement. I always measure my post-workout girth though, and it's been pretty consistent at about 5.5" or a little over.
 
Good session tonight. I got up to almost 5.75" this session. Same type of thing as always. Lots of different squeezes in the cockring with some V.
 
Another rest day today, but not by choice. I was up really late last night with homework and had an early class, so I've been exhausted all day. It wouldn't have been worth it.
 
Same type of session I've been doing, but today I focused a little more on horses and bends. Got up to 5 5/8" EG, which is slightly better than usual. I'll be measuring Thursday. :)
 
So last night was more of the same. Here's a pic. But for the real news:

I gained!! I haven't been able to report a gain in a long time (mainly due to laziness and the break I took). Anyway, I'm up 1/8" which puts me at 5.25" EG. I'll post a measurement pic tomorrow.
 
millionman, thanks bro. I haven't been doing length mainly because I just don't have the time to hang. This summer I'm going to try to work on length as well as girth. I only have about .75" EL to go for my goal (8") though, so that should be easy. I gain length much more quickly than girth. Haven't seen you on AIM in a while man.

philadelph, hopefully you're right. Otherwise how will I beat you to 6"? :D

So I've been really busy since the last update, so it's been nothing but rest days. Although I have been wearing my cockring during the day. Tomorrow I should definitely have time for a good session.
 
I finally did a session tonight. The V seemed to work better than usual so I had kind of a hard time getting it to plump, but I could definitely feel some intense internal stretching going on, so I was satisfied with the session. I didn't quite get up to 5.5" EG.

On another note, some of you may have read in the BB forum that I started lifting weights last week. I'm going to start keeping a log for that in thiis thread also. I'm 5'10'' and last Thursday I weighed in at 179 lbs. I have a little bit of bodyfat to lose but not much at all. I naturally have a big butt and legs, so that accounts for me weighing so much (I don't look like I weigh that much). I'm at 181 lbs as of today, and that's after some fat loss too, so I'm heading in the right direction.

Anyway, I can tell I've been losing a bit of fat because my abs are starting to show. My diet is clean, and I try to eat 5-6 times per day including whey shakes. I'd say on an average day I get about 200-220g of protein. I don't have any bodybuilding goals, and I'm not doing bodybuilding type exercises. What I'm doing is more like powerlifting (although right now I'm too weak to say I'm doing powerlifting :D). Of course I'd like to put on some mass too, but not like those PLers in the open class. I'm going to stay as lean as I can. After talking to several people here and elsewhere, and reading as much as I can on beginner-type workouts, here is what I'm doing for now. Don't laugh at the weights.

Bench:
80 lbs 5x5

Lat Pulldown:
130 lbs 5x5

Military press:
40 lbs :s 5x5 (was doing dumbbells but I tried the barbell today. I could have done more weight but I wanted to feel it out first)

Squats:
140 lbs 5x5

Abs:
2x10 situps on a deep decline...ouch!

I don't think my gym allows deadlifting!?! At least I don't see a place to do it that won't be in everyone's way. I'll ask but I have a feeling. Anyone know of something decent to replace for deadlifts? Maybe I should just do them anyway and screw 'em. :D

No split routines or anything like that until I get a good base of strength. I'll be doing this 3 days per week (M,W,F) for a few weeks, then I'll figure out my 1RM so I can get started on a real program. On T,TH,S I'll be running. Right now I'm recovering from a stress fracture in my shin so I'm going easy on the running, just 20 minutes on the treadmill. Once my shin heals up more I'll take it to the road again.

Started last Thursday (similar reps/sets) with 70 lb bench, 110 lb pulldown, 30 lb dumbbell military press, and 80 lb squat :s. After Thursday's workout I could barely walk Friday and Saturday, so my squats have already improved a lot. I know this is more due to me getting used to the movement than actual strength gain.

Any advice is welcome, but please don't tell me to do bicep curls (or other "pump you up" moves). I won't do it. ;)

I think you should include some chin-ups. They are really great for the back and will build the arms. Plus they are more fun that bicep curls. You can vary how wide you put your arms.

I guess you could say that you are already doing this movement with lat pulldowns, but I feel something extra from real chin-ups/pull-ups. Also, the lats are the largest muscle in your body, so they can take the extra workload.
 
True. I'll have to give the chinup bar a good beating. I actually have one in my apartment but at the gym I can add weight as needed. Also it was getting a little hard to stay seated when doing the pulldowns, and I guess it was because the weight of the stack was approaching my bodyweight. :D

Yesterday: dry jelqs and 20 minutes on a treadmill. No post-pics for either one. :D

Today: rest day...too much to read and study and learn, musically. I had a fun day.

Tomorrow: Starting a split routine at the gym. Full body workouts 3 times a week are killing me already, not enough recovery. I'll also get in a good girth session.

On another note, I'm back into FR. I was going to be using the DIY weighted cone that SWM came up with a while back, but I've decided my skin is way to sensitive to use any adhesive (sheer bandaids even hurt like crap), so I ordered a Cat II RO. Looking forward to it. I don't think I'll be doing any FR other than manual until I get the CAT.
 
I have found the holy grail of girth work. INTENSITY!!!!!

I thought I had been intense with my sessions, but today I found out otherwise. I remembered how hard DLD stretches and squeezes in his paysite videos. The man's arms are literally shaking with the effort. I decided to try this approach during the whole workout today, and I got up to 5 7/8" post-workout EG!!! This is the biggest I've ever gotten by a long shot and it was after only half an hour of squeezing.

I focused on what I consider my "big 3" of girth exercises: [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s, Isolated Compression Squeezes (done at 100% erection instead of 80%), and Still's Neckbreakers. These seem to have the biggest effect on me. I also did a few DLD bends and a few horse squeezes. I did end up with one small broken blood vessel in the head and a slightly larger one on the shaft, but I consider this a very small price to pay for getting NEARLY DOUBLE the extra pump I normally get. Next time you do a girth session, make it as intense as you can handle! I promise you'll be glad.

No FR until I get my CAT II RO. I have a small tear on the shaft skin from taping. So yeah, my penis looks like it's been in a war. But he's Cyclops, he can handle a little mutilation. :D

I'm starting a split routine at the gym next week. I went to the gym today since I skipped yesterday, and just did an upper body workout. I didn't write down the weights or sets/reps. My new routine is something I got from http://www.fortifiediron.com. It's their "Beginning Powerlifting" routine. Here's what I'll be doing starting Monday:
