i pull very hard with my hands lol thats why ima do hanging my poor arms getting tired but ill still do manuls just not as much m,ost hanging for like 4 hours a day XD

it would take a VERY VERY strong guy to be able to pull with their hand that hard for even a short period of time.

Yup, Ron has really climbed up in intensity as a steady rate. I am really rooting for some great gains for him.

Hey Ron, What's up?

Have you ever tried the BIB hanger? If so, what's (are) the major difference(s) between the two, and what made you choose the malehanger?

I have not tried any of the BIB hangers. I have read a lot about them and seen many pictures of them. I chose the Malehanger because of the price for (a big) one. Malehanger comes with great, thorough instructions, which include not only pictures but also videos. Also, the guy who makes Malehanger seems more interested in constantly improving the design. BIB seems content with his devices and doesn't seem to think they need improvement. Even though I have read of men breaking their BIB hangers, twisting problems with the gel lined hangers, and comfort problems at higher weights over 15lbs or so. I have preordered the new version of Malehanger and am looking forward to it. From what the maker says he hired a design engineer to completely redesign the hanger making it stronger against breakage where the old design (and BIB hangers) are weak, and it's also more comfortable at higher weights.

Ron, With all the hanging are you seeing visual girth improvements besides just length?
