I remember years ago I said I wanted to have the record for the worlds largest penis. Strange thing is ever since I broke the 10" BP length mark I never really thought about it much. I guess, in someways, I thought anything longer would just look odd. I think, as I was gaining from the beginning, my understanding of what penis size is changed. I guess you could say I became stagnant. The other night I realized I fell upon another VERY POWERFUL ligament lengthening exercise I call the DLD DEEP LIG JELQ.

I became very, very sore after performing this exercise. It is very intense. I am doing this article 2 days after exercise and I am still feeling the "good" soreness and fatigue associated with length gains.

It is strange at first but you will quickly realize the potential after one session. You will need to be sitting (preferably reclined a bit) as this position is crucial to the exercise.

Get your self 100% erect. Now, in the erect state, using both hands, bring all the penis skin up as far as you can. Once in this position reach deep for the ligaments and once grabbing them stretch out and down. I do this for 20 to 30 minutes and I can't take anymore.

I think this exercise will not only elongate the ligs very quickly but it will also be the fastest way to cement erect gains. After a session you will be VERY SORE. I was sore for 2 days after a session so I only do this every 3 days.
 
dld, this exercise sounds very promising. when you say, 'bring the skin all the way up' you mean all the way back to the base right? also, are you doing these wet or dry? and lastly, do you think a missionary type position is good for these, like on a chair with your feet resting on a higher table top or counter? thanks!

Yes, all skin, right down to the base, get it out of the way so you can stretch those ligs. I do them dry. Your position sounds even better.

Exactly. After all skin is brought upwards I grip at the extreme base and stretch out and down or up.

I believe this is the stretch. Take note that the picture is my own creation, and it may be incorrect from how DLD planned the stretch. It still does stretch, however, so either way, give it a try.

YAY, you understand! Is this not the most intense exercise? Crazy!
 
I did this, along with some of the Bundled Lig Lengtheners I posted in a thread with the same title and had quite possibly the best stretches of my Penis Enlargement life. Love them!

I've been exploring erect stretching a bit more in depth lately. This is a very interesting development. Especially considering you can attain a fairly intense stretch with this particular stretch. I've actually been doing an erect stretch while placing the off hand at the base and sort of twisting the base, it's not an actual twist but is an attempted twist, and seems to have a loosening action on the ligaments. I'm focused primarily, but I've seen some very slight gains in EL recently. I'll try this exercise prior to my next girth session. Moving from one to the other presents an interesting combination for those that may be pressed for time or want to try out something a bit different.

This twisting at the base sounds like a good idea. I've been playing around with my Bundled Lig Lengtheners, looking for other methods to maximize stretching capacity. I'm going to give these a try and see how they work, but I can't see why they won't work well.

DLD, i think i misunderstood the excercise: after i pull the skin up to the glans, do i JELQ the base(ligs) or STRETCH them? thanks
 
just wondering if u are suppose to jelq or just hold and stretch? it seems to me that jelqing the ligs really gives a deep burn and ive been sore for days.

A variation of the two works best. I will fist stretch and hold ad them jelq the ligs into the mix.

I have a cut one so no foreskin. A German helmet whe call it :p Or a soldier with a purple head :).
But I gues that will be no problem to do the trick?

No problem whatsoever.
 
The only issue is that I can keep him hard for long time and indeed my boneskin is also moving forward esspecially when the foreskin is foreward.
When I pull its backwards its less.

i think this exercise will increase your NON-BONE PRESSED measurements. dld?

Yes it will increase your penis size across the board. As I said before, I think this will be a very effective exercise in closing the gap between bpel and fsl.
 
thanks DLD. i'll be honest, i was a little put-off by this excercise at first due to a fear of getting too much extra skin goin on, BUT, after doing some sessions of these for a few days, my base girth looks HUGE! and also a little longer, like my fat pad is morphing into new cock?! cheers! i am gonna keep on with these for at least a couple weeks and see what happens, and i'm pretty hopeful, so thanks again DLD!

This will be a massive exercise eventually...usually takes peeps a few months to catch on but they always do:)
 
i have been doin pe for about 2 and half months now is this to advanced of a stretch for me and are there any reps or anything like how long do i hold the stretch and what not?

it feels like a skin stretch when i do it too dmoney.

i am circumsized and bring the skin over the head as much as possible. then i grab as deep as i can against my body with the other and it still feels like skin stretching.

if i do that, then i'm grabbing all the skin where my pubes grow lol. i don't feel anything from my ligs

and what actually should a lig stretch fee like? is it the pain you get around your balls? I know where the ligs are but I get pain elsewhere and I am wondering where the pain comes from.

AFter you have the skin up you should be stretching down and against the erection.

AFter you have the skin up you should be stretching down and against the erection.
