I do about 3-5 minutes of 2 times rotation bundles (twirl my dick around 2 whole times). I usually only twist it to the left though and pull straight up. I'll try going without them for 2 weeks and see how that works. I used to take 400 mg of ibprofen every 4 hours and massaged it in the morning in the shower. I'm gonna start doing it more consistently and massage it more often and either do the hot/cold method or just treat it with heat throughout the day. I hope that I can lose both of them within 2 weeks-1 month. Also what is fly healing???
 
Make sure you twist both ways to pre-fatigue the whole tunica, and not just half

Well DLD, the vein has been there when erect for the last 2-3 months but it was squishy. But as of about 1 week ago it is there when flaccid as well and is harder and I feel a pain in is every now and then. What do you think?
 
Could be nothing bro just make sure its not hurting too often. If I squish any of my veins I know they can hurt that's why I leave them alone, and just watch for recurring pain which doesn't happen much at least not in the same spots
 
Read through the thrombosis vein threads. If you can continually manage the vein, you should be able to train but not as hard. If not, you might need to stop training to let the vein completely heal. There's a thread of one guy taking some medicine to break up the clotting that causes the thrombosis.

The base of my penis on the left side hurts some what often but the vein only gets a little pain every now and then, not that often at all really.
 
There's always the chance of little twinges here, and there don't get discouraged. As long as you keep a cool head while training everything should be ok just do your exercises responsibly. Take it slow at first don't want to pull as hard as possible in the first minute instead give the tissues a chance to warm up, and this will keep pain away

Ight bro thanks I'll just take it easy at the start. I'm also gonna get some hirudoid cream and maybe make some EVO oil just to make sure and I could also get rid of my old thrombosed vein while I'm at it! Have you ever used the hirudoid cream and EVO oil before??
 
Only evo oil, but I didn't have thrombosis I only used it to increase blood-flow which it did very well

Oh ok cool! I think I'm gonna make some soon and try to get rid of these thrombosed veins and hopefully have all the other positives that comes with it (better flaccid hang, veins popping out more, increased blood flow, harder erections, etc). Do you remember where you got all the ingrediants to make the oil? Grocery store perhaps? Or somewhere else?

To me it sounds normal, especially since it is squishy when erect. It would not harm you to go through the two week therapy for Thrombosis but I do not think it is Thrombosis. It sounds to me more like a vein becoming more prominent due to PE.

Alright i see. The only thing is that it hurts near the bottom of the vein and it's not my ligaments for workouts. I Havnt done my routine in 3 days and it still hurts. there is a vein underneath that vein and that could be it.
I think I might try and make the EVO oil, do you know where I can get the ingrediants for it??

Hey DLD, so i think i am going to take some time off of PE to heal from whatever i have going on down there aha. It is a very sharp and aching pain on the left side base of my dick and it got worse this morning. I took a day off and then this morning i did a 5 minute length routine and the area i described above hurt really bad. I think the pop that i had the other day while doing foot long stretches wasn't actually a lig pop, it might have actually been something bad. What do you suggest that i do master DLD? :)

The big pop did not cause any problems, this happens to most men. As I said, it is most likely a strain of the ligament and should take no more than a couple days to heal. Remember to do lots of massage and heat therapy, this will heal things fastest.

I read somewhere that when staining a suspensory ligament you should apply ice within 48 hours of the injury occurring, rest for 2-3 days and do kegels to strengthen it again. I will also do heat and massaging as well as what i read online. Does this sound ok to do??
