I do about 3-5 minutes of 2 times rotation bundles (twirl my dick around 2 whole times). I usually only twist it to the left though and pull straight up. I'll try going without them for 2 weeks and see how that works. I used to take 400 mg of ibprofen every 4 hours and massaged it in the morning in the shower. I'm gonna start doing it more consistently and massage it more often and either do the hot/cold method or just treat it with heat throughout the day. I hope that I can lose both of them within 2 weeks-1 month. Also what is fly healing???
