The last thing I recommend is on those busy days you get, try to sneak in a little bit here and there. The way your routine sounds is really good, plenty of good exercises. If you can manage even 5 minutes 3 times a day that can help retain elongation. Basically turning a lost day into a maintenance day. Definitely gives more potential to gain.
Just some ideas you might want to use. Really does look like a solid routine to me though.
