You should try getting in as many kegels as you can also. They weaken the pelvic muscles which can lead to greater gains by basically getting you to a state where you're kinda auto reverse kegeling. Which is another trick you could definitely use while stretchingi to get you farther along. They have a ton of other benefits like boosted eq, climax control, and multiple orgasms. The only con is they feel weird. The list of pros is pretty long.

There's a lot of little things in pe. They all add up after a while.

Ya if I were to guess I probably do close to about 1000 kegels a day aha. I do them before every session to weaken the pelvic floor muscles for a greater stretch. Before every little length session that I do when in the bathroom should I worry about warming up or no?

Warming up can definitely help. You want the thing as floppy as you can get it before you start. Masturbation works. So does a hot rag. I use a loose scrotum ring with a towel tucked under it and loosely wrap it around my wang. Keeps it warm and gelly all day and night. Heat also helps the healing process.

The more of the finer details you incorporate, the better your chances are. Things like kegels, warm ups, bundling, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]uncle Jim[/words]'s; they are stackable and really can make the difference on your measuring day.

Kegels I consider especially important. You are going to need a stronger pc muscle to support the extra mass you're trying to add. Without it your eq can suffer and your gains can relapse. That's my understanding anyway. It's definitely good you're doing them. I'd suggest doing them harder and more frequently as you get used to them. The harder you go with them the stronger it gets.

Think that's my whole tank for length knowledge. May the huge penis gods bless your growing dong. :)

Smart move. I have always, since the beginning, have done thousands of Kegels every day! This only makes the penis stronger with so much more endurance. Kegels, even though they are a hidden exercise, serve a huge purpose.
 
The last few days have been pretty good ones. Got some good stretch sessions in, lots of mini sessions throughout the day and plenty of kegels throughout the day. I decided to masturbate and I looked down and to my suprise my dick actually looked bigger! I didn't want to measure though as I didn't want to get discouraged if I didn't gain anything yet and also I'm waiting to measure at the end of November!!!

Erect Stretches do not need to occupy so much time. A 5-10 minute session will be just fine.

I used to struggle with that as well, but I persisted until I could control my ejaculation better. One day my body learned to separate pleasure from the objective, and all was well.

Try edging. Literally the practice of staying at the pique of arousal without without ejaculating. You want to make it for gains too try it with a ring. Seriously just a great way to train [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] without one. Pretty good girth gainer with one. It's like clamping, but nowhere near as dangerous. You can also do the stretching during this time, which is something I'm looking to incorporate in my own routine.

If going for a set I suggest between 5 and 10 reps of 1 minute 100% erect stretch. It is so important to be erect when performing this exercise as that is the state in which the conversion of FS gains are made BP gains which ultimately brings us to NBP gains if a diet and exercise routine is followed.

Ya like i started going to the gym, started eating a lot healthier, cut out all bad food and I'm starting to drink green tea which helps lose fat fast. Hoping to get my NBP up as well as that is the visual part of the penis, and it would be nice to have a visually longer penis lol

last couple have been alright, main sessions were about 15-20 minutes which arnt that long but i had about three 5 minutes mini sessions throughout each day to keep myself elongated. haven't been doing many kegels so i gotta get back on that asap lol. Found my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] in the wash, who knows how it got in there. It took quite a toll so i think i might need to get a new one. From now on I'm gonna put my all into every session that i have. Wish me luck!

The days are creeping up on the first measurement lol.
