Honestly both been super busy i starting working a part time job we really wanna buy a house this year so I want to have as much extra cash as I can . Then when I’m home I’m so burnt out I can’t pull the motivation together. But long term it’s worth the trade off.

Give it a try and see how much time you can invest and I can re-write that section for you so it fits into your time schedule.
 
So after looking at my availability I can fit an hour or so in 5 days a week the other 2 day ( 2 days in a row ) there is pretty much no way i can do anything other than my ADS . . I agree with you hundred percent. It is very hard for me to have my mind take on two things at once, either one suffers or the other. I find that doing things one at a time give me the best focus and that’s what’s most important in PE. And I also tell brothers that if they’re interested in gaining length to a length only program or if you’re only interested in Geror do the same. So I like the idea of going blank only and then don’t have to your girth later What is going to be your routine?

Awesome that sounds incredible. What is your plans for specific exercise or have you not written it up yet? If you have something written up that you want us to look at please post it and we will critique it for you. At this point SRT has three different length options so you’ll have to see what you like best.

Good to see you back my brother I’m glad you’re training. You want to get a solid routine in every day to remain consistent. If you can’t get in a whole routine get in something to keep your head in the game.
 
I noticed something kinda weirdo I've never been a grower or a shower kinda in the middle but as of late I've been alot more on the shower side I've not lost any weight or really done any pe consistently recently for there to be a change in fact I know there are women at work that have noticed

My specific department at work is small only 4 people and we are all close . We had a new training class come in . 1 of my close female friends in my Dept heard some of the new girls talk about how they could see the dreadlock guys big dick . I was kinda surprised. I know I'm bigger than avg but still kinda weird hearing it But oddly enough I've felt kinda self conscious about it since then my wife always jokes about seeing my dick in my jeans but I thought that was just wife talk

What's gonna happen if I ever get my nutrition together and get rid of my fat and belly lol

That's impressive. If you can stay committed and consistent, you will get to your desired size. Just make sure you are using the right intensity and stay away from the ruler as long as possible. Remember to always do erect stretches too. Good luck bro.

d!ck size used to be 'off-limits' and only 'bad girls' discussed but now it's open season...fortunately we have the ultimate defense w/MOS :)

That’s great my brother I always like to create routines that good variety of produce the same results because it should always be a fun factor to PE or it can become pretty mundane and boring. So variety is the spice of life even in PE!
 
I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about my goals

Right now I’m at.

I think at the start like a lot of guys I was thinking about 9+ inches but I’m not sure about that anymore Maybe 8.5 el and 6 or 6.5 eg . I know I just have to put the work in and see when I get there but I’m the type of guy that likes clear goals . But I also really wanna work on my eq 8.5 is useless if your eq is trash have gotten used wearing a cock ring which of course gives your killer hardness I want to be able to get that hard without a ring I also seem to get a girth boost as well which is great but Theoretically I should be able to be that without the ring right ?

Sometimes if I don’t have the ring I get kinda nervous I know it’s all mental
 
Today I gave the 10 min program dld posted a shot and I like it only thing I didn't like was the ball stretching part but I really like the 10 min time having a family and work and my other personal goals and things I'm trying to do time can be limited

When I was busy I would say if I didn't have the privacy or the the time to strap on the lengthmaster I would just skip it I may try to do a program without the lengthmaster for while it removed the need for extra privacy it will also be quicker as well
 
Skip the ball stretching and replace it with something you do like.
 
Hey I want to get back in the mode of posting my daily training here so here it goes

As I said before I love the lengthmaster but I feel like I don't have the time or privacy enough to really use it. If I don't have time to use it I would just skip it all together . So I think for a while I'm going to focused on a pure manual program. I will use the LM but only when I know I have the time .

I really love the thought of a 10-15 min program . Getting away for a full 30 min to an hour is less and less likely it seems but hiding out for 10 min is doable . So what I can up with

Yesterday I did a set of 3 in the morning ( put on my ads for 3 hours ) and a set of 2 before showering at night Once in the shower I put in the bathmate for like 7 min and some jelqs after . I felt I got a good amount of work in . I'm also adding in something I saw a long time ago and do a set of cranks Everytime I pee . I've also made the decision to start no adult entertainment or fap

I would like to see you added bundled stretches and expressive stretches, skipping these two stretches is skipping a place of major gains. I also suggest two or three times a week for 10 minutes doing it with stretches.

Awesome update my man! Bundled cranks are very powerful and can cause great coat coat coat bundled cranks are very powerful and can cause great growth. Keep us up-to-date on this and how these are performing for you. I haven’t heard a lot of people use in this exercise so there’s going to be good interest here.

Yea that's the plan I was thinking about adding some hanging in but I don't think I have the time to put in as many hours as needed

I wanted to run an idea by you. What do you think about focusing mostly on lig gains. It seems most think lig gains are easier to come by. So what about focusing on the directions that tax the ligs most like sd and btc

10 sets of that so 30 min of stretching

I think the srt program is around 30 min on so what about focusing that 30 min on the stretches that hit the ligs most. There is 100% benefit to the tunica strecth but why not focus on the ligs until i get all those gains

With everything going on we had to take in some family members so I'm don't have the full privacy to do the separate girth session . But if time permits it I will do the girth workout . As most of y'all know my wife's knows about my PE but I still prefer to have the privacy . She is going back to work and will be starting at 1am . So my plan is to get up once she leaves hit the length routine the strap on my suction ADS and sleep with that on until I have to get up and roll with that while I'm getting my self ready for work and getting the kids set up for school I'm still working from home and the kids have distance learning then once my wife gets back she will take over the school duties and i will start working and switch over to my extender . My goal with that is 4 hours . I will do some s2s in between extender sets . Then after I work out when I shower I will do a bathmate pump

It sounds like a good plan. We all have to make adjustments as of lately because of all the shit going on around the world. I’m so happy you’re able to keep your mind in the right place and get to work in. Be as creative as you need.
