While im new here im not new to PE . Ive gained about .25 inch in length taking me from 6.75 to 7. I did all of that without posting in forums just lerking but now i want to take my gains to the next level.

Starting stats
6.75 bpel
5 eg

Now(about 2 months of work)
7 bpel
5.1 eg

Long term goal
8.5 bpel
6 eg

Ive been victim of changing my routine far to often but i plan on sticking with this one for a while

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

2 (maybe 3) sets of those

Welcome to the Brotherhood, it is good to see so many guys coming out and posting! Congratulations on the gains you have made. My only advice looking at your routine is to super-set your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BathMate[/words] use with Jelqing. The 5x5x3 is the best method where you will Jelq for 5 minutes and then [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BathMate[/words] for 5 minutes and repeat 3 times. This will keep expansion high and fluid retention low. After training girth use a cock ring to keep the pump as long as possible. In length I suggest similar healing methods, if you have the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] use it at a medium tension after length work to keep yourself elongated. If you do not have an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] you could try the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jim[/words] Wrap method, it is not as productive but it does prevent shrinkage.

I had a size gentices before and i just didnt like it very much. Ive been looking into one of the anti turtling sleeves but ill give the jim wrap a try since its cheaper.

Try it again with the VLC Attachment, it makes it a whole new [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Putting it on and off is super fast, the comfort is 100% improved and the quality of stretch is awesome.

I just found it unconfotable to be honest. I also didn't feel like I could wear it enough . I tried to wear it to work didn't like it. I don't have the ability to just walk away from my post that often. I

And as far as the btc go I've just never done them. I do plan on putting then back in soon

Uncomfortable in what way? Like skin pain/issues?

Seems like you have a good position in your company though to use one. Given that you don't have to move around much, knocking things around down there.

Yes the less movement the better when trying to conceal the use of an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I remember mine slipping of once while I was wearing shorts. Luckily i got caught up a bit in the material and I walked off quick. When I came back I told my friend I felt a lil groin pull b/c luckily I was just getting over one.

I extend with no pain now unless I am extending for 2+ hours and I just use a sports wrap. with my slider [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Here is a link to me using it.

Today I my total time wearing it will be about 9 hrs in 2 - 2 1/2 hr increments (Have to pee sometime).

I'll keep it off for 5 mins and massage my cock if I am going to put it back on. Today I did some hanging in the middle of extending as well as some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] stretching so I had the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] off for a longer period of time.

I've never been consistent. I have seen a half inch gain in erect length but did not cement it. And that was when I was only extending and not hanging or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] stretching.
 
I've been a lurker for a while so I started maybe a year ago but not consistent at all about 3 months ago I started taking it a bit note serious and that's when I gained most of it

These are a very important ligament stretch, especially for guys who have long ligaments and find it hard to gain length in basic stretching. Going all the way back to the extreme ores stress on the ligaments and will help every guy grow.

That's great AM workout. Will you repeat later in the day? DLD blaster are great and strong.
 
I split my length and girth so the am was my girth and the pm I did length

And yes I'm going to be adding them in

A split routine works best for me too, it helps a great deal with concentration. Focus is everything in gaining and being able to dedicate the mind solely to each, girth and length will boost the rate of gains.
 
i find it works better for me that way it seem alot less daunting when i split it

So as a small update I haven't been able to train the past few days . Reason being my 2nd daughter was born so I've been at the hospital the past few days . We are heading home today finally

now we are finally settled down at home so its time to get back on track. Good thing for me is my lady knows i pe so i can get away to the bathroom for an hour without being questioned

if you hang in a straight up direction using a simple pulley system you could hang and feed your baby at the same time!!
