I took your guys advice and did my bundles 1st and I felt like my normal stretch was stronger maybe the tunica being broken down allowed a better lig stretch

I didn't wanna train today at all I just wasn't feeling it

So what I did was take the hanging part off the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] put it on the i put a resistance band on the clip and then put the band on the bottom of my bed rail and laid in the bed for like 30 min I guess it was kinda hanging without weights

PE can be just as profitable as YOGA in a meditative and relaxed state. For me PE is always soothing, relaxing, meditative. PE needs to be fun, motivational and always seen as a rewarding practice that is bringing good to you! What is better than meditating on a bigger penis and getting it?

They truly are very similar and if a relaxed and meditative approach is taken PE can be very relaxing and rewarding in a mental way. Plus making PE creative and interesting keeps things fresh and fun. When PE becomes a chore it no longer brings peace and it damn sure slows gains. A relaxed and positive perspective will always bring what you desire so much faster!
