I knew i gained in girth but i wanted to get a real length seems like i gained .1 which is great a little at a time. Im also feel like i want to re do my goals maybe a little bigger

I think there is some real validity to going exclusively for length or girth, but not both at the same time. For me, girth work really gets in the way of length training, particularly when using my PF or [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. After a major girth session, I can barely squeeze into the XL bell of my PF. And with all the fluid retention, which is increased due to being uncut, all that puffy skin gets in the way, pinches etc. As I posted elsewhere in another thread, I think I'm going to park my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X40[/words] and clamp for the time being and go exclusively for length gains. Then, maybe 6 months down the road (or more), I will switch to exclusively doing girth work. And, I suspect that doing extreme jelq, squeezes, clamping and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words] stretches will insure that all length gains should easily be cemented.
