My favorite girth exercise ever! SlowSquashJelqs leave only room for expansion as no blood leaves the shaft since hands are trapping blood at the base and at the head. A very powerful use of blood.
 
Been working ot some I've not had much time to train so I've only been doing a bathmats pump on the bath
 
I've been reading alot on getting a wider girth more oval shaped . Right now I'm like perfectly rounds so I'll be testing a few things and reporting back here
 
As I stated before I'm doing alot of experimenting . When I start my next routine I want to have a all new program . So today I messed with some bathmats and clamping

I did

The expansion was crazy my girth is normally 5in a normally bathmats session will get me to 5.75-6 this got me to 6.4 . I can officially say my girth goal is now 6.5 . During the clamping time i messed around with some clamped exercise like clamped jelqs and bends I even did a clamped [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] . There are alot of threads about [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] and clamping but nothing with a real program . I'm thinking I may write something up once I text some.more ( if dld feels I'm.worthy to post a program .

I think this is going to be the key to my girth gains . That was a day ago and I'm still showing pretty good expansion. ,

During the clamps I was doing some bends

But the most interesting part is I decided to measure girth before and I was 5.25 I've not measured for a very long time maybe a year plus I've not been going much of a structure program but at some point I've gained a quarter of an inch in girth I may take a few days off and check again just to make sure it's not left over temp gains

Always nice to find a hidden gain. I would give a 24 hour break and remeasure to be sure but I think you have gained. Check back in and let us know. If so Congratulations!

Well when I 1st started training my girth went from 5 to about 5.1 that with that small of an amount that could have been EQ then it went back down to 5 . So this would be all new
 
I'm pretty hype about these gains it goes to show even if you don't have enough time to do a full hour plus program still.do what you can

Today's I did

10min clamp
Then some jelqs and edge to get warmed up and get the erection back

I did that 3 times for a total of 30min clamped

I find it hard to keep my erection super hard for the whole.10 min

After that I did a 10min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] pump

I'm still experimenting right now I'm trying to see if I should clamp then pump or vise versa. I feel both would have benefits . I've done both and they feel a bit different . Once I start my real plan I think I'm going to switch each day which 1 I do 1st

Awesome, right back at it! When you gain always use that gain to drive the next. Motivation can be incredible when we look to our past accomplishments as proof of our success. You are doing so well, keep it up!
