Hello everybody

im really happy that i find this site, becouse this make me belive thats PE is really works :)
before i was doing some exercises like stretching ,kegel and jelqing but didint do that for longer periods then month ,becouse i wasnt sure that this thing is working.
im doing now DLD's routine (thanks man) in morning evrything in one time ,stretchings and jelq
about stretch , its good when im revers my kegel while im stretching? and holding my kegel while im jelq ?
at evening i want to do clamping ( i cant find cable clamp in my country so im using some kind of robe )
i want to do for begining 3 x 10 min set's . while im doing this i can just kegel and masturbate , or do some exercises , or mixit up ?
I wanted do that program in first six months .
i hope i will get some gains with it :)

as for the kegels questions, yes thats fine.

for clamping, i woudnt advies it as you are very new to p.e, and it can be quite intense. start ff with jelqing, and maybe some things like uli's and supra slammers. also consider getting a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] as it will likely give you the quickest girth results. once you are more conditioned, you can start to throw in some clamping

It can really help w/ girth (your jelqs/ETC) work though. Don't do too many though, as that can cause some people to lose their erections.

You're not going to be able to kegel/masturbate effectively when clamping. So I would scrap the idea of that.

I hope you've read over clamping thoroughly. As jordey said, it's not something for newbies to do. Until you get properly conditioned.
 
i was doing couple times jelq's and stretch rountines about 2 yeras ago , from this period i was doing this couple times , but i wasnt doing this sistematicly for longer period.

ok .. so i will forget about clamping if you say so guys.. for now

kegels, well actually reverse kegels, can be good for stretching to stretch further, which is what dld blasters are based on

UJW: You want to keep elongated for as long as possible. As long as it's not constricting your penis.

If you've only did PE for one month in 2012 and are starting back. Then start w/ the simpler girth exercises and work from there.

if you really like clamping then it will probably be fine, just start off very slowly and monitor things carefully
 
in 2012 iv stared , but i was doing pe couple times , not only one time ,one month and finish, more like , 2 years and couple month complitly but with break's

so this will be good , if il doo DLD's rountine in morning with all kegels . after that wrap , wear to PM (rewrap couple times in the day) and in evning do clamping with some adult entertainment ?

If you're going to do clamping. Then I would throw in more of a girth routine. Like jelqing before and after.
I don't know how intense your previous clamping sets were, but be wary of clamping and do some more research on the negatives to lookout for.

Welcome to the Brotherhood Mat! It is always a wise move to do a reverse kegel when engaging in any stretch as it prevents the pelvic floor muscles from getting in the way of the intensity. The Kegel is also great to use in all girth work as it cause s more expansion due to the influx of blood with every squeeze. I suggest you start a progress thread and keep good track of your progress, this will also give you the full attention of the Brotherhood to help you through your PE journey. I wish you the best!

sounds good, but if i were you i wouldnt have clamping as my only girth work (unless you mean you will be doing the girth portion of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] aswell)
 
also i should note that if youre doing jelqs and other girth stuff, do them at the same time as the clamping, and the length portion at a different time

im now in erect lenght 7,07 " but mine girth is very shit its about 4,75" in erect . so my priority is get much more girth now , lenght is not so bed , but im quite tall guy 193 cm , with long legs , so still his look small with my body.i need much more bigger thing im 24 yeras old , if this have matters

DLD i will start progres thread from tomorow i think , i must make good mesaurment ,im doing revers kegels when im streching , and normal kegels when im jelq , on erect etc.

No. It's okay if you smoke weed every so often. Relaxation is crucial. The last think you want is to be stressed doing this stuff, get frustrated and quit or injury yourself.

Some people use them outside the shower w/ water and a towel @ the computer or walking around. Just have to get it situated and @ the right vacuum level when you leave the bathroom. Otherwise you're going to be squirting in the room. Can keep a bucket handy if you wanted.

Unless you meant bathtub. You can use it in the shower. You just need water. shower is fine, fill it up to the top while you old the little black button, then it on facing down so no water escapes. also, if youre going to use it in the shower or out of the bath make sure youre well trimmed so you can get a good grip

yes jelqs will work mainly girth. sounds good, just remain consistent and change things as and when needed

No. Have sex as much as you want.

There are limits on exercises. For instance, you don't want to fatigue yourself to the point where you're having bad erections/EQ.
If that happens I would revise a routine or change things around to try to avoid this from happening.

just dont have sex within like 6 hours of girth work, preferably more if you can, as you want your eq to be 110%

yea. i mean it may be different for you, but its mainly advised to not masturbate or have sex close before your girth work as it can take away from the intensity, youll have to find the sweet spot for yourself through trial and error

This is fine. You only need enough time before your girth workout to be able to sustain good erection quality. Some guys are very quick in returning good erection quality after orgasm but some need much more time. For me, girth is always done at night where I know that I will have good eq, after a solid session of girth work I then will allow orgasm.
 
You pretty much have free range on whatever exercise you want before or after sex. It's just that if you want to be @ your best in terms of EQ. Then it might be advised that you slow down on things nearing sex. I'm not sure if you've done workouts before sex, if you have then you know what you're capable of doing. Your limits are when your penis tells you to stop because it can't keep up w/ your exercises and perform sex at the rate you're going. You're just going to have to gauge things. There is no one size fits all solution for when to do what and how much. Your penis/body will either adapt or you fill face consequences and not be able to perform.

i can get a solid erection very quickly after sex, however i just dont feel like i can go intensely, internally it doesnt feel good. thats why i like to way atleast 6 hours, and usually atleast 24 hours

You can use whenever you feel the need to. I don't like saying anything concrete, but yes the results should be good. Helps put girth into perspective seeing temp gains at least.

do it whenever you want, aslong as its consistent and intense. try and keep them around the same each day, e.g. if you usually do length in the morning and girth in the evening, try and keep it that way just so you can better track things and remain consistent, aswell as troubleshoot if things arent going well. as for amount of times per week, that depends on how much you can take
