I have not quit Penis Enlargement, although I haven't really found the need to update my journal all that much. I still lurk on the forums and get random advice :) Since restarting Penis Enlargement around the middle of February, I did 25-30min of jelqing/SSJ approximately 5 times a week. Basically, I would get erect, jelq 3-5 times, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] for 30 seconds or so, then restimulate myself and start over. For the second two months since February, I decided to go more to every other day, and so Penis Enlargement about 3-4 times a week. Now I do the same routine and 30-35 minutes (a bit longer).

A few workouts ago and then again last night, I had a tiny bit of blood coming out of my urethra. Skirting around the forums, this seems to be a fairly common injury (which was a huge relief) and is probably just a small tear. There is no blood in my urine, no pain, and this only happened when I Penis Enlargemented. I am going to take off until Monday and then resume exercising (this will be a 5 day break).

When I come back, I am planning to reincorporate the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]; however, I don't really like supersetting cause it ruins the flow for me. So, I am gonna attched the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for about 10 min, do 30-35 min of jelq/SSJ and then cool-down with 5min of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I will do this routine every other day.

The past four months have yielded an additional gain of 1/8 in to girth, giving me a total of 1/4in since I seriously started Penis Enlargement (9 months ago with a 1 1/2 month break). This might seem like slow progress, but fuck it, slow and steady wins the race!
 
Great work deedni, glad you are going to let your injury rest you don't want it tearing anymore and it is smart to let it heal before moving forward. I think it is a good idea to keep a journal because it makes you committed to exercising. It is also good inspiration for you so when you look back you realize how much hard work you have done. Great job on this progress log so far already. 3 pages is nothing to not feel proud about you have made some awesome gains and have a pretty solid routine. Keep it up and please keep us up to date!

So I ended up taking 7 days off to try and heal up and the first day back a little blood came out of my urethra again. I just eased up and continued.

I did [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]/ulti/horses and jelqing every other day for a few workouts without any blood coming out. I just did my routine and a little blood came out again this time :( I ate some weed chocolates and think I just got too into things, hahah. I'm not really worried about the injury as I think it's just a tear and I need to give it more rest. There's no pain associated with it and there's never been blood while peeing, masturbating, etc., only when doing girth routine.

I am going to go ahead and take two weeks off just to give myself a full chance of recovery. I will still kegal and edge throughout this time, but no jelqing, ulis, SSJs, etc. for two weeks.

Any wisdom to depart here DLD? :)
 
Hmmm, just to ask specifically: edging/masturbation should be fine, right? Or should I just not touch the thing for awhile?

Update:

So I took two weeks off to ensure my injury would be healed and it looks like it was a good investment. I did have sex with my gf a fair amount during this break, but didn't do any exercises. After a few workouts, there has not been a single trace of blood. I haven't been doing any jelqing, just ulis, horse squeezes, and SSJs since coming back. So far so good.

The really cool thing is that my girth is still 4.75in. This means that with over two weeks away from any exercises (I measured before my first session back), my girth was the exact same - I can thus without a doubt say my penis has grown since starting Penis Enlargement. Sure my progress may be slow compared to others, but I'm happy anyway :)

My current routine is:

5-7 min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. 30 min of ulis, horse squeezes, and SSJs. 2-3 sets of 5-7 min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] at the end. I do this every other day (3-4 times a week).

The reason I don't supserset these is simply because I haven't had tons of success with that in the past, and it simply isn't as enjoyable for me. It feels really broken up and I can't get into it very much.

I am hoping for 5in solid girth by the end of the year. This would be a gain of .25in in the next 4 1/2 months, which would be faster than previous progress, but perhaps possible. Here we go!
 
Things are going well with my routine - still no sign of blood or injury. I think that is partially due to the fact that I have not reincorporated jelqs into my routine. I tend to agree with SWM that jelqs simply aren't a very effective exercise beyond the first two months or so to get your penis use to intensity...they just don't seem to have very much potential for gains with the risk or injury involved; however, I'm sure some people love them.

I've been Penis Enlargementing a bit more than every other day the past week or so...just getting more into it. My girlfriend and I are having problems which has been pretty rough, and Penis Enlargement have become like a meditation to me where I can relax and let things go....it's really wonderful actually. In the beginning, Penis Enlargement was something entirely focused on gains and somewhat stressful. I've been doing it for about a year now and that has changed a lot.

Anyway, shits all good.
 
Update:
I have had absolutely no reoccurence of blood from my urethra so I'd consider it completely healed - a minor setback.
For the past few weeks, I have been doing 30-45min girth routines consisting of jelqs, SSJs, and horse squeezes. Things have been going well with it.
Just a day or two ago I decided it might be time to switch up my routine a bit and try to add intensity to my workouts. Under the guidance of stillwantmore (who is incredibly fucking helpful and friendly), I have decided to make the switch into clamping. After just two workouts, I can already see the great potential this will have for further gains.
My current workout will be starting off 1 on 1 off as clamping is much more intense than manual exercising alone. I will be doing 3 x 10 min sessions during which I will clamp down hard and kegel, jelq, edge, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], beat my dick against a wall, and anything else to get maximum engorgement.
After 2-3 weeks of this, I will step it up to 2 days on 1 day off. Ultimately, I would like to work up to 3 days on 1 day off of 3 x 15 min sets. I would like to reach that by around Thanksgiving or so (slow and steady to avoid injury).
Although I have not done it yet, I am considering using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] as a warm-up and warm-down for my routine. I will try this after I get a bit more experienced with clamping. Working for gains!

Been loving the new clamping routine. I'm still doing 1 day on 1 day off with 10min x 3 sessions. Doing manual exercises while I clamp to get maximum expansion. Most days my dick is spotted red all over, which I haven't experienced for awhile when I was doing manual exercises alone. Also trying to get into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] every other day if I can, even if it's just for a few minutes.

Recently joined a gym as well and gonna start lifting/working out. I'm kind of a skinny guy so I'm looking to put on some mass. Super motivated. Time to get shit done.

Life has been going well. I've been hitting the gym four times a week for the past two months and am absolutely loving it. It's doing wonders for my physical and mental well-being!

Still in the Penis Enlargement game. I have continued with my routine of 1 day on 1 day off clamping sessions - 3 x 10min sets. I guess I have been on that routine for a little over two months and it's been great. Unfortunately, I just had a reoccurence of my previous injury (blood coming out of my urethra). I was really pushing it today by pulling up on the clamp and pushing down on my head with my palm (basically just a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] while clamped) and guess I went too hard. After I took the clamp off I noticed my hand had blood smeared over it. Kinda freaked for a second..which I suppose is pretty natural.

Anyway, I just showered and cleaned myself up and came back to my room. Checked myself out and no blood in sight. I stimulated myself and got an erection with no issues whatsoever so that's obviously a relief. Unfortunately though, I'm gonna have to take some time off to let this heal. After Penis Enlargementing for over a year, I've learned that consistency is key and that I will gain with time. I'd rather just be safe with my member and be patient with myself to allow full recovery. Previously, I had to take two weeks off so that is what I'll be doing again. Will start back up with my routine on November 4th. At that time, I will measure length and girth and post here if there have been any gains from my previous 9 weeks of clamping. 2 weeks off should give me measurements with more solidified rather than temporary gains.

So I went ahead and did my 3 x 10min clamping routine last night after a little over a week break. I took it kinda easy and didn't push it too hard - no sign at all of blood, which is a great. I am going to continue my 3 x 10 min clamping routine every other day and try to mess around with different squashes and such to give me maximum expansion.

Before working out, I measured my penis..it is currently 6.25 x 4.825. I began at 5.9 x 4.4 so this gives me a total of +.35 in length and +.425 in girth (I mainly work girth). i've been doing Penis Enlargement for a little over a year, but had to take 2-3 breaks of about 3-4 weeks during this time frame. Slow but steady progress :)

My goal is to hit a solid 5 inch girth by the end of March and a solid 5.25 girth by this time next year. My life doesn't allow me the time to do 2hrs of Penis Enlargement everyday like many people, although I wish I could. I already sleep 6-7 hrs a night and between work, gf, working out at the gym, etc. I just don't have the time to commit. But hopefully my steady consistency will give me the gains I want in the long run...honestly, I'm in no rush :) At my current size, I've never had any complaints from girls and don't really want the 8 x 6 that many do here...something more like 6.5-7 x 5.25-5.5.
